I have been driving from Airdrie to see Celia for 5 years. We've done all kinds of balayage, foils, cuts, colours, brainless weaves... EVERYTHING and I have loved my hair every single time I leave. She is also such a kicka$$ human, as long as she is in business she will be my stylist.

I removed my the review I wrote in December but posting one after seeing a recent review about Sandy. My stylist,Catherine was very nice but did not listen to me about toner & ruined my blonde hair badly. She left it on too long due to redoing another girl’s hair same time as mine. It cost me $280 to refoil, condition & tone my hair elsewhere after paying over $340+ tip here. (have fine shoulder length hair, it’s the most I’ve paid in Canada even high end salons )I was disappointed because I’d heard such good things & had seen an amazing stylist Breighanne elsewhere,who was off. So i tried to book at this same salon with another stylist named Sandy Erdok thinking she could fix it because of a review about understanding a client’s toner issues but she was rude & lied about getting back to me on Instagram (she never responded after telling me she was at work & specifically said she’d DM again later that day Sat.after she talked to my stylist- not a friendly DM either so I screenshot it) After I wrote my 1st review & the owner saw it she erased her entire message & typed a new one, then told the owner she never said she’d get back to me & the owner said i was bothering Sandy on her **day off.** She did not offer any fix. I had the screenshot showing she was untruthful. Rude to make a client wait days…right before Christmas hard to get in to redo it at a new place. All I wanted was a solution, not drama! (& i was paying for the fix) Afterward Sandy responded with a rude comment & emoji, I just ignored & blocked. Liars don’t interest me. I read the other review about Sandy (posted a week ago) & I hope she is gone as she is not an asset to any business!(and I know the owner cares about her business) **I don’t review hardly ever either. (sorry so long) BTW Sandy Erdok has moved to Rozelle Studio, she has already gotten an unfavourable review at the new salon & the owner was not very kind to the reviewer & they asked the person to remove her bad review. I was also asked that at this salon previously. **So keep in mind this review system is not very accurate! To sum up this experience: Don’t treat other women badly. Just smile and be nice to people it doesn’t cost you anything! And you never know what someone is going through & how that may make them feel that day. Salons should make people feel good!!! RESPONSE TO OWNER’S REPLY: MAY 28: just saw a review dated **a week ago** that Sandy left your salon so how would I have anyway of knowing when as I am rarely on here. There is no time limit on reviews, and for $720 **total to get my hair highlighted 5 months ago, I’m entitled to leave one if I changed my mind. People mess up, no place is perfect. What Clients need to know is **how the salon chooses to treat a bad outcome**how is their customer service?**how do they speak to you? **do they answer the phone??**do they offer a real fix?**do you feel good, it’s supposed to be relaxing to go to a salon. **Reviews should educate consumers. Hair “specialists” are making bank offering no fix or a cheap one that ruins your hair even more or blaming the client. ****FYI THIS SALON MAKES YOU PREPAY PART OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.****No receipts either to itemize services. There is no organization to complain to other than going to small claims court if they don’t fix your hair. Salons know that!Next time I will send photos to Mastercard and cancel my payment and then pay half. You can dispute services. Please keep reviewing businesses everyone, It helps us all! And don’t take your review down if the business asks you to.(unless they fixed the mistake, were gracious and you want to remove it) We all need to know about the businesses who treat you fairly! And stand behind their services. ***I believe that some honest opinions & reviews should be mixed in with the other ones. It keeps it real!***

I was helped by Mackenzie, she is a super talented hairstylist! I will continue to go back due to her amazing skill and customer service. Everyone at the salon is super friendly and it’s a great environment. :)

I love this place so much, I will never go anywhere else for my hair. I've had the pleasure of getting my hair done by both Breighanne and Sandy and they are both AMAZING!! I have never left this place disappointed. I was lost before I found this place, going from salon to salon trying to find someone who wouldn't fry my hair. So far this place has gotten me blonde, red and brunette. They can do it all and try to keep your hair as healthy as possible at the same time. I will honestly recommend this place to everyone.

Very friendly and cozy salon! All employees are very friendly and polite. My stylist Andrew, did incredibly amazing job on my long hair! :) He listened and understood exactly what I wanted done to my hair and he made it happen!! Thank you so much! :)

I am astonished by such an experience. Catherine Knopf is a Master of her craft. I had to have a colour correction, she took her time to listen to me. The outcome is a beautiful shade of blonde, with a very pretty root melt. The Blonde Project Team is a very honest team. Very efficient, clean, and highly professional. All of Stylists are very skilled! And do an amazing job! Don't think twice trust this gem. ??

I went here as a new customer and saw Mackenzie. She was correcting a bad color service that I had done at another salon, and she did a great job without causing further damage to my hair. She was also very nice and fun to talk to! There was a slight mix-up with my payment at the end, but the owner was kind enough to call me back and correct it. Overall, this is a great salon if you're looking for experts in blonde hair, and I would definitely return!

Celia has done my hair multiple times and I’ve never ever been disappointed! Always stoked with my hair. I’ve now had my hair cut, coloured as well as my hair extensions tightened by other stylists at her salon. I know that no matter who I see there I’m going to come out with a great result :)
