I even went to a foot specialist who got me back on track.. don't go there....
D	Darcy Bosch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a foot massager for my father who has peripheral neuropathy and a pace maker. The owner of the business recommended this item to me. When we read manual it clearly states that is not to be used by someone with a pace maker. When I tried to return the item I was told he usually takes the manuals out of the boxes and rewrites the manuals and takes those contraidications out because he doesn't believe they are correct. This is dangerous! He clearly does not care about harming people or the law.

First time my problem has been properly diagnosed and the recommended treatment has yielded results above my expectations. Jesse is professional and super friendly. The prices was decent too! I can definitely recommend this place.
G	Gord Richardson , on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a 9:30 appointment and sat for over an hour while I listened to the client ahead of me explained how his chiropractor had told him that he was misdiagnosed for his orthotics. ( I should have walked out right there). The waiting room was cluttered and had about 100 magazines scattered on a coffee table. The office looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever, with piles of boxes and random things piled in the corners. So I got my my orthotics and a receipt for my pair. I get home and give the receipt to my wife and she says who is Gurdeet Hopart (the guy who was complaining in the office for an hour before me, that's who). So I have to book another appointment to get a proper receipt because they don't go I to the office everyday like normal people. And my claim got rejected because they didn't give me a report for my foot pattern, so I guess that's coming in the mail. Only time will tell.

I was put at ease immediately with their scientific approach and candid specialists. I had been in pain for over 2 years and immediately felt relief when I started using my orthotics. I got both the dress and regular versions and could not be happier. I would highly recommend going to get a free assessment right away- be proactive about your foot health.

These guys were great, while I was initially sceptical of this company I recently came back to buy two more pairs of orthotics and they gave me a excellent deal! I have tryed other orthotics but they only caused my feet to hurt. I will continue to get my orthtics from here they are the only ones who eliminate all of my heel pain!
A	Amanda Hudson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a pair of orthotics from this company and had sent them the info from my benefits plan to confirm that they would be covered which they ensured that it would be. After receiving the Orthotics along with the paperwork and missing documentation, my orthotics have been denied coverage. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company and no one is getting back to me. Their voicemail box is full and they do not return phone calls. And also sent about four emails over the course of 3 weeks and still have heard nothing. Extremely frustrating. If anyone from this company were to help me I could change this review but as of now I would rate at a zero star if I could. I would recommend takeing your orthotics elsewhere.. I've never had such a bad experience with Orthotics and to boot not even sure that I like these ones because they hurt my feet. Update: I decided to call Chinook labs for documentation myself, as this is where Advantage claims that they are getting their Orthotics manufactured from, and it turns out Chinook Labs does not manufacture orthotics for this company even though it states clearly on their receipt/paperwork that it does! This definitely appears to me to be completely fraudulent.
