★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually like the orthotics that I have gotten over the years, my frustration comes with the fact that I do not feel the customer service has been good even though I have paid for two pairs of orthotics and then had them refurbished twice. I personally do not agree with charging me again for another bio-mechanical assessment as required by my insurance company even though they did one less than 18 months ago. Even though they have told me that they believe the old assessment should be fine they still want to charge me another 50 bucks after having spent around 1500 dollars it feels a little cheap. I will no longer be referring this company to others
