This was my first time receiving this service so I was a bit nervous.
The technician I had was fast and efficient sadly it was her last day.

I still have so much hair and my brows are uneven. It looks like nothing was done. Not pleased at all.

That I did not leave a review 10 seconds after leaving your place does not make my review untrue. And no, I'm not stupid to not know that hair will grow back in days and waxing should not be judged 6 days after it's done. Just that some of us have jobs and keep busy to be able to pay for services even though we unfortunately end up with awful services like yours sometimes.
You could have simply apologized for your errors and incompetence but you obviously cannot handle feedback that is not in your favor.
I have not seen emails from you and do not even want or expect it.
Do better!

Everyone is so friendly and they really make sure that you feel comfortable through the whole process (as much as you can feel comfortable during a waxing!). I've never had any irritation or problems after a wax here and it really does last a long time. Would highly recommend!
