J	Julius Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has great staff, great equipment, and quite spacious for such a low price. Some people still feel entitled to get more for only $15 per month, so they mindlessly complain without recognizing the incredible low price they pay,.

My only complaint is that sometimes some gym equipment is out of service (and sometimes for a WHILE). Paying $10/month, I am pleased with the 24/7 gym.

D	Duraid Rodreghes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is possibly one of the worst gyms I have ever been to, and here is why. If you plan to go to this gym you should read this first. Me and friend had to walk 1 hour to get to that gym when it was freezing outside, and I was so dissatisfied. The employees treatment was awful, even though I walked all the way there they didn't accept cash and my friend had to pay for me. I also don't get how the gym costs 6 dollars for two weeks, but we had to pay 15 dollars each for just a drop-in; I also don't get how they can't afford a shower, is it too much to ask for, and their lockers, it is so small I can barely manage to fit my jacket in there; and what happened to leg exercise machines. The only thing there was a barbel for weighted squats. So if you ever plan to go there, just remember that the YMCA is around and it offers much more services for a drop-in.

No hospitality, customer service experience and you can see that the lady in the office wish she wasn't here and hates her work. As a customer, I don't like it. Pay people more or hire someone else. Every day I come here, I see this rude person. Doesn't even want get up seating behind the glass at the entrance and looks annoyed if you ask for anything.
R	Rayo Pance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the gym is good. Staff is amazing MINUS the manager roxy. She’s probably the worst type of customer service you will ever get in your life. She’s always mad, if any of the people ask her questions I’ve seen her get mad at them. She genuinely has an angry face all the time no matter the day or hour.

After more than a year, I saw that fit4less was still taking a biweekly payment from our bank account. During the year of our memberships, I had assumed that the payments I saw were for my husband’s membership. However, he had also paid up front at the beginning of the year. I contacted management and asked about the additional payments that had been going on for over a year. They explained that I had accidentally been charged both for the upfront membership and a biweekly membership for myself. When I asked to be refunded for the extra membership in my name, they refused to do this. I consider this an extremely poor decision on their account and will not be returning to this gym. I will also recommend to my friends and family to not purchase a membership for this gym.
V	Venus Vi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price and my abilities it works. Fairly approachable and helpful Members, not to busy and Descent staff. Tanning and 2 types of massage options and well rounded equipment. BUT.. There is not a good water source. It is no longer a 24 HR facility. Should be since other local gyms are equipped with proper tools to make that work. Maybe a upgraded tap to the disabled washroom sink to accommodate water bottles. Deep cleaning needs to be followed up on in certain areas. Between Mats. Under Weight racks, yoga ball rack. The sour smell in ladies washroom could br eliminated with proper drain flushing of the floor drain. Maybe get a full check done and fix ALL broken and half broken machines. Roughly 6 pieces of equipment that I can remember. So know you get what you pay for. Fit for LESS.
