My experience at Trico for the month of April was mixed. There are many pros and cons at Trico Gyms. Pros: - The gym and change rooms are clean, gym floor space is kept clean and tidy - Lots of parking - It is a relatively quite gym (Older crowd) - Alright hours (Should really be open til atleast 9 on the weekends) Cons: - The biggest problem I had at this gym was equipment hogs, For example, in the mornings/noon it is the same people who use the squat racks for literally an hour and half. It is the same for the benches and other equipment. The Bench area can easily fit more benches (Trico may have taken some out due to covid but im not sure) Trico serious lacks duplicates of the same equipment compared to a lot of other gyms that charge the same monthly fees or less. - From talking to other members it also seems that trico doesnt add a lot of newer machines, places like golds and world health offer many more machines for the same price. Lots of the dumbells are missing chunks of rubber throwing the true weight off, many of the pieces of equipment are missing the grips on them, straps half ripped. Reccomendations for gymers: Trico is an alright gym, I reccomend it to someone who works out once or twice a week. As I have said this gym has a serious equipment hogging problem and the lack of duplicate machines mean an hour workout takes two hours as you are spending more time waiting for machines or equipment than working out. If you are serious about body building this is not the gym for you. The biggest problem I have with this gym is the monthly fee. If you are going to charge the same rates as big gyms then trico seriously needs to step their game up in terms of adding new machines and replacing old equipment. Anyone looking at joining this gym, I'd highly reccomend checking out the Golds near by, a much better choice for really the same price for anyone who is looking to take working out serious. If you are just someone who wants to workout every now and then, Trico would be a good choice.

Very poor quality service. I made an appointment for swimming for me and my kids, talked to the worker on the phone, set it up. Got here after driving 30 minutes to get here to be told oh looks like you're not on the list. The manager was smirky and rude. Not impressed As per your reply, I was NOT offered the next slot I was told I could wait for 15 minutes and see but there's no guarantee. I did register my children because I asked how much it would cost for myself, an 8 year old and 4 year old and was told $22. Get better staff, you can see by the majority of the reviews your staff seems to be the issue.

The registration process for open swim is the most ridiculous system I have ever seen before. Having to register even an 18 month old baby under a completely separate online account is just stupid. I'm sure the facility is great but with these sort of policies we will not be partaking anytime soon.

We went here (to the pool) for the first time today with our family and another family. The staff were all quite uptight and in our opinion excessive with rules and enforcement thereof. The person at the front door ensures that everyone show their papers with vax or negative test qr code and ensures everyone is wearing their masks properly, preventing any toddler with an exposed nose from getting through. Then also the staff at the payment desk, enforcing everyone including toddlers have their masks property fitted for the five steps to the locker room. Then the locker room: to our shock it was very messy and muddy. When we called before had they told us the time slots were implemented to ensure cleaning everything in between groups, but it seemed like nothing was actually cleaned. Also the setup in the universal bathroom was not ideal, given that famy change rooms did not have a bench or anything (except the toilet and a change table). Then in the pool, the kids wanted to wear water wings, but the lifeguard insisted they be taken off in the hot tub. Well the kids did not want to take them off, so then we were not allowed in the hot tub. The waterside is also completely dark inside, which was a little odd. All of these thing cumulated in not a great experience, so we do not plan to return.

Best bang for your buck if you have a child and want to go swimming! The staff are all great - this stems from not only the entrance staff, but the lifeguards as well ? What we enjoy most is the temperature of the wave pool and water slide respectively, absolutely perfect for parents and children alike. Keep up the great work.

After seeing a mom and tot price on their website, I took my baby here for her first swim experience. But when we got there I was advised I have to look at the website to register for a drop in that says mom and tot. We paid $15 for the drop in, which is a crazy price to take a baby swimming for an hour! I have since looked at the website and cannot find any mom and tot drop in. The showers are also way too hot for my baby, and can't be adjusted. It's unfortunate because the facility is really nice and I had previously considered getting a family membership, but we will be looking elsewhere.

Nice warm pool. Not as large as some others, but a good mix of shallow and deep. Not really wide enough for lane swimming (you can easily glide from one side to the other) The new pool floor is really nice. Soft and grippy but not scratchy at all. Saunas seem to be hit or miss if they are working. The hot tub is quite large. Pool and hot tub are both wheelchair accessible
