★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got scolded in the drive thru. "Next time ask for your salt & vinegar when you order". Then asked for a tray, both girls shook their heads one in a white shirt I assume to be a Manager. Not going back here again. Very rude and so unnecessary for a 1 minute meet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kareem did an exceptional job making our breakfast sandwiches, well cooked, not greasy, created and packaged neatly. Seems simple but hard to find such exceptional quality from a McDonald’s especially in a mall location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give them -20 as they kicked out a 76 year old woman out of the store because she could not prove that she had her 2 shots so I explained to the manager on duty on Sunday afternoon September 26 he was just a young punk .that my mother is 76 years old and has received her to shots and has severe COPD witch she is very forgetful and has no cell phone .so but I will say a million thank you to the lady in electrics and the lady in the photo lab that made her comfortable so she could catch her breath and eat her lunch. That young punk is lucky nothing more serious happened. McDonald's gets -20

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the worst experience at Mcdonalds at Southland Wallmary. A seniour gentleman is ordering in front of me at exactly 10:57. By the time he was finished ordering the lady in the front said they don't serve breakfast anymore after 11am. I said technically the gentleman ordered before 11 so they should male his order. The front lady then shouted that if we don't want to order ok.
Its the worst costumer service I've ever seen and I worked at Wallmart before. As I was leaving she was still not done with her shouting.
