After that I brought my brend new car, they checked for the coolent level for no reason, they hiring young people for low salary, he didn’t checked me cup and as locked, and after running my car I burned radiator, they dont want to fix by there mistake, don’t ever bring your car to them. They made mistake twice, and not responsible. Don’t trust them, espacilay with brend new one

We ended have having a broken skid plate while they try to take it out for 2 hours and apparently we have to return the next day because it is their closing time. I believe they should've told us if they can do it on a timely manner or not. We haven't been given any compensation even we live almost on the outskirts of the city! NOT TO MENTION, we have this broken skid plate after all the forcing and all the waiting! And now that we came back for another oil change, one of their crew told us that this could've impose some accidents. WELL, who would be so happy and calm after knowing that the vehicle they are dirving day to day basis mgiht be a cause of accident. Please see the broken part of the skid pplate. Please tell me if it something done or broken while we are driving the car or if it's something done while they were forcing to remove the bolt? Please do not go to this shop even though we have been loyal to them for so many years with ALL our vehicles.

B	Brian Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big thanks to the Mr Lube team in Calgary Macleod Trail- after they had fixed our aircon unit, we experienced a leak 2 weeks later, but were up in Edmonton area. We called them up and they arranged for us to take it to a Mr Lube in Edmonton where they fixed the leak without any issues and fitted the bill. Great service thank you Dave and team.
B	Brett Andres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can I give them 0 stars? Dropped my vehicle off for an oil change in the summer and they told me it would take 2 hours. Everything was fine with my vehicle. Returned 2 hours later and the Oil wasn’t changed and my ignition was all jammed up, couldn’t turn the key to start the vehicle. $1000 later from a different mechanic and things were back to normal. This Mr. Lube refused to take responsibility unless I could prove it was their fault… well how was I supposed to do that? Don’t waste your time, go to the Great Canadian Oil Change or somewhere else.
