We have had the worst luck this fall with nails in our tires. We’ve had three within the month with one of them being unrepairable due to the location of the puncture. Kaltire has saved us each time in a quick manner with the repairs and/or replacements of our tires.

Can’t say enough great things about this place and its employees. Jason is so patient, helpful, and kind. Got me in literally the same day for an issue I was quite concerned about. Can’t recommend these guys enough, fantastic experience every time !!

I booked my car in at this location when my schedule couldn’t fit into openings at my normal KalTire. I notified them on arrival that one of my summer tires needing patching before being put on. After they were very late taking my car in after my appointment time, I left and checked the tire pressuring assuming the best (there was no concerns). I got 5 minutes away (and luckily into a parking lot and not on Deerfoot) when my low tire signal came on. I then watched my pressure gage drop to 0 and could hear the air coming out. I phoned and notified them, they said there was no notes about a patch being notified to them or being done. They also clearly did not check the tires before putting them on as it was clearly outlined as well. After getting my spare on and returning to the shop they patched it and gave me a full refund. A very avoidable and frustrating situation, but they did redeem themselves.

Ever feel like someone has given you bad advice... Buyer be ware! Picked up a nail in a tire: KalTire advice, "Can't be repaired" = Replace 2 front tires = $500 Other Tire Shop advice, "We will repair the tire" = 20mins to repair while I waited = $40 I will repost and retract my KalTire advice/opinion should I have future problems with the repaired tire. August 11 in reply to KalTire Manager. Two tire shops, two very different opinions on "Safety" 1st, Nobody wants a repaired tire to fail... I get that ... BUT how do you go from Can't be repaired with a $500 Quote for 2 new tires to 2nd tire shop, "I see no reason the tire can't be repaired" I'll close as I started, "Buyer be ware"

Had wonderful experience with this location. Jason and Kenton were really honest and patient at suggesting the right tire for your vehicle. Had some noise on the original set of winter tires, they were so patient trying to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Would recommend this location to any of my friends!

So, at 3:30 on a Saturday I get around to checking air pressure on my lovely brides car for her highway trip on Sunday. Somehow I manage to damage the valve stem so that it won’t hold air. I limp it over to Kal Tire and they saved my day and my wife’s trip. Even though it was end of day, the kind counter staff got me all looked after in less than an hour. I am so incredibly grateful! I’m buying a new set of rims/tires in July for another vehicle, and I now know where I will be buying them from. Thank you Kal Tire

Keaton was incredible and helped me pick out new winter tires for the best price for my student budget. A few weeks after they were put on I got a hole in my valve and Jason was so great with helping me get it, as well as another problem, fixed. Tires and cars can be stressful and I’m so grateful for how this team was able to help me. Exceptional service!

I called in a week before, as I was travelling the following week and needed my vehicle road worthy, to have my summer tires installed and another problem I needed to have looked at. When I walked in I was not acknowledged, greeted and no eye contact (3 people working) , when I spoke with the technician he had no record of my tire exchange. I explained that I needed my vehicle for a long trip, they said it may be completed and would call. I heard from them in the afternoon that my car would not be fixed. I called to speak to a manager, the person I spoke to on the phone was rude. I got a call back saying parts would be ordered and I would be waiting until Monday. My travel plans were obviously canceled. I received a call Saturday afternoon saying the got a part and could hopefully fix my vehicle by end of the day. I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Thank goodness for Brad, as he was very kind.
