Honestly, couldn’t have gone better. Yesterday after arriving to work I noticed my tire was flat, after work I changed the tire, placed on my spare. After further inspection I then saw the screw. Low pro winter tires on an Audi. “I’m f*cked” This is gonna be so pricey.. right? Luckily KalTire was closed and looked these guys up, gave them a quick call and drove over there. I was warmly greeted by the tech, amazing dude, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and considerate (so was the other guy, forgot to grab their names). 5 minutes later in he comes, showing me the hole that the screw left, mentioned that I was so lucky because any more driving on it that the sidewall would have been too damaged to replace. 25 minutes later , after finishing my coffee and watching an intense episode of kitchen wars in their lobby, they told me my car was ready to go and parked out front. I paid $35.00! TH I R T Y F I V E DOLLARS.. To fix a flat tire and swap out the spare for the new one. So affordable, truly a blessing. We then chatted briefly some more and I left. But my experience here literally couldn’t have gone better. Being used to the “luxury car tax” where every shop tries to charge you the maximum, saying things are broken (when they aren’t) and etc I feared the worst that they would come back saying I needed all four tires replaced, the current tire couldn’t be repaired, or I wrecked the rim. but none of that.. I never even got the hint they were gonna try and rip me off. I was a loyal customer to the overly priced Kaltire folks in shawnessy or the budget friendly PoorBoy tire in the SE, but now I will be taking all my vehicles to these guys as it’s a happy medium between great service, amazing staff and quality work. I highly suggest 10/10 for you to take your vehicle to these guys.

3 stars are for work done by actual mechanics. Guy in front was bit rude and when I asked how long its gonna take to get tire changed, he had no clue. Also, I called in after 4 hours to check status he mentioned " As I said , I'll call you once car is done". However, I was right across the store and car was done half hour ago. Would not recommend if there is any other option available.

Stay far away from this place. The definition of a scammy auto shop. If you search Google for incompetent you'll find a picture of the service manager Eugene. They will absolutely try to tell you that you have worn out suspension parts and need to pay a massive inflated bill to cover it. If I was not a mechanic I would have been fooled into paying a $3000 bill. I can just imagine someone in dire straits unable to put food on the table because of something like this, it makes me sick. Took my truck to another reputable shop and what a surprise, everything is fine! Eugene would also not let me see my own invoice before paying. "You can see the invoice after you settle up". The ownership should be extremely concerned with how the front of house is handling customers. I would imagine based on the mechanical knowledge presented that there is not even a journeyman mechanic present, just apprentices while they charge you over journeyman rates. Buyer beware!

Wow highly recommend these guys! I got a flat tire after a long day of work today. I called super late and last minute and they were able to get me in right away! John the manager was a real blessing today! As soon as you walk in you get a welcoming feeling, like you are going to be taken care of. The prices are incredibly fair and well priced. John even threw in a spare used tire for my spare rim at no cost. I will be a repeat customer for sure! Dog Friendly too which is always a plus in my books!!

I had a tire with a rim leak on Dec 24th, 2021. They opened at 7:00 am and got me in for 8:00 am! Eugene got my truck in immediately and got me back on the road in an hour! Fantastic place, fantastic service and fantastic people. I will bring them all my tire business in the future! Highly recommended!

On an extremely cold day end of February 2022, my Prius tire indicator came on. I am an older gal and didn't feel confident about checking my tires myself during the extreme cold. I swung into Trail Tire at 9250 Macleod Trail S., Calgary, and they had me pull into a bay where a technician assisted with topping all my tires up with air. I so appreciate that I had a place to go to assist me with my tire issues during this extreme cold day. The Manager and the technician fixed my low tire issues without any questions or costs. I so appreciate the kindness extended to me - to a 'lady in need'. Blessed are those who help those in need. Regards, Liz

Glad I found this tire shop. Excellent customer service and workmanship, had a gash in my wife's front right tire that needed advice on. Not only did they not try to upsell me but provided me mutliple options for what might be the best and most affordable options for me the customer, not what's best for their business. It was a really refreshing experience. Kent the service manager went above and beyond and would highly recommend checking this shop out for your tire needs.
