I was in one of the most difficult situations I’ve ever been in and from day 1 Peter was there for support/ questions/ advice, I never felt any pressure or intimidated like some other dealerships and I really felt like my needs were being met and prioritized by them!
I would highly recommend Peter at Big 4, he was an amazing person to work with and found me a beautiful vehicle that I am so proud to be driving.
He helped me in a really difficult time in my life and I honestly couldn’t thank him enough, I think everyone should go see him for a new vehicle or any issues they have with their vehicle!

Big 4 Motors and our new Grand Cherokee L both fit our needs perfectly. Big 4's attentiveness to our needs and budget was second to none, and there had been 12 other dealerships that week! On top of their attention then, they continue to make us feel valued in promptly addressing some of our previously overlooked needs and checking in to ensure our satisfaction. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been taking my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Big Four service department for several years even though I didn’t purchase the vehicle there, it was convenient as I worked nearby and the team there are second to none, always ready to help. Although I have since changed jobs I drive 40 minutes to take my vehicle to them for servicing now as i trust them.
It was a couple of weeks ago my Jeep was booked for service when one of the sales team, Rob Hason, reached out to see if I was interested in looking at a new Jeep. The timing was right and I now have a new Jeep Grand Cherokee which I love. Thank you Rob for your sincere help and professionalism in choosing a new Jeep , I will definitely recommend Rob to anyone seeking exceptional and genuine service when looking for a new vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, I highly recommend Big 4. From the sec we walked in to the last step was painless. Our sales associate Adam is truly good people . Always honest with any questions we had spending half a day with us until everything was finalized. Also shout out to the new car sales manager. Great guy, worked hard on getting what we wanted in the end. It’s hard to find service like this anymore , yet it’s reassuring knowing all of this and more can be found from the staff at Big4 !!!
Don’t forget the service department any time we had to go through that department it was painless and professional. Always taking care of us as quick as they could.
We get our new baby this week .

I was looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and Aaron helped me to find my dream SUV even though I live up in Edmonton. Aaron facetimed me showing me the vehicle and pointed out the little flaws being entirely open about them. Bruce helped me get the financing that fits my needs right now and explained everything throughout the process.
