I have never been more excited to write a review for a business. We are from the US but my daughter will be attending the U of Calgary this Fall. Since Canada has just opened their borders to fully vaccinated tourists, I, her mom, was able to come with her and get her set up in her apartment and ready for school. We had a long list of things to get done for her and one of them was purchase a car. I simply did not have time to spend running around dealerships and test driving cars, so for the first time in my life, I chose a car online without seeing it. I had investigated dealerships and read reviews and House of Cars was where I decided was the safest bet for this high-risk purchase. I cannot express how grateful I am that I found this place!! Carlos and Eddy walked us through every step of the process of getting an International student into a car, registered and licensed to drive. Carlos even took us to the registration office himself and helped us get that done. Every step of the way they guided us. Carlos made multiple phone calls for us so we would know what documents we had to bring, He even did the legwork for us and found us a wonderful insurance agent with the best price I’d seen. We required SO much more effort from them than a typical buyer, and the car we chose was a consignment for them meaning they only make a small flat fee on it. Eddy and Carlos helped us the way they did because they are good people and they wanted to make sure my daughter was taken care of.Carlos picked us up at the airport in her car and it was even better than I’d hoped, exactly as they’d described. We’ve been tooling around town in it and it’s just wonderful. And both Eddy and Carlos have checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and offered, again, for my daughter to call them or come by if she ever needed help. I cannot express how comforting it is to me to know she has this kind of support when I leave for the US in a few days. These guys are top notch. Honest, dependable, incredibly friendly and empathetic. I hit the jackpot finding this dealership. Thank you guys, for everything you did to make this transition easy for us, and know you have friends in Texas if you ever come out that way, come see us!!

Even though I did not end up purchasing a vehicle through them, House Of Cars, specifically Jamal, went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated and treated well. Jamal was 100% transparent with all of the information he was presenting to me which a lot of dealerships are not. My experience with Jamal was the best that I've had at any dealership and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

He helped me every step of the way.He helped me out tirelessly to find my perfect vehicle which is the 2020 Mistibushi Eclipse Cross. Everyone is very helpful, polite and friendly. Needed a ride and was recommended to visit House of Cars. I had visited other car dealerships and had terrible experiences, so I wasn't super excited. Once i got there, met with Jamal and in less than 15mins I knew i was at the right place. His coffee is exceptional and guess what, he's relationship skills and were better. As a first time driver, I had no idea how to go about purchasing a vehicle. I had to trade in a car as I wasn't prepared for manual driving. Moe was very helpful taking me through all of these steps. Even though the trade in value was a little low IMO, he still assisted me in finding a suitable car for my current needs. Moe really did go above and beyond to ensure my newer vehicle was in beautiful shape. Within the first week of ownership, we hit a small snag as my light switch went. It was temperamental. They took the issue seriously, replacing it within a few weeks. We were in and out of the 1st A St SW location periodically for a month. Each time they were friendly and helpful. Never treating me poorly. I like everyone in that location. All of them are kind and professional. Moe is a real gem. I can say with confidence he is a great human and wants people to be happy with their cars. I will certainly return in the future when I look to update my vehicle. Great service and team.

I cannot express how happy I am with my experience, Jody made the process extremely stress free and simple. They were completely honest and genuinely wanted to get me into a good reliable car. The staff is extremely friendly and Jody found me exactly what I wanted in a car and went above and beyond with it. I am so Happy with my new Golf and I definitely will be referring my friends to go to this location.

I came to house of cars not expecting to be approved considering I had been to four different companies prior to house of cars and every one came back with the same response. I put in an inquiry online and Mo contacted me within minutes. I was straight forward with him and let him know that I understand if he cant find me a lender as 4 other companies have said the same thing that they can not get an approval with out a cosigner. I let Mo know the details as I didn't want to have another company pull my credit if I wasn't going to be approved. Mo reassured me he would do his best and he was sure he could work something out. It did not take long before Mo was responding letting me know he was found me a lender who has not requested a cosigner. I honestly did not believe him at first I figured there was some side catch, there wasn't. Mo gave me all the details and was very honest with me about things that could be hard to communicate with some customers. Mo is the best sales person i have ever dealt with in my life. He listened to all my concerns and issues and was able to help me even though I had been turned down prior. Mo absolutely gave me his 100 percent attention and knowledge when it came to buying my 2018 Chevy sonic. Even though I did not want a car Mo was very through and to the point when he explained my options and why they were the only options I had at this time. I thought I was going to have to walk away from this deal three times and each time after reaching out to Mo things were resolved almost instantly. I know that house of cars is a team and they all made me feel at home although i can not say enough good things about Mo particularly. I would recommend any first time vehicle purchaser to deal with mo. I will never go to anyone else when purchasing a vehicle ever again and will recommend Mo to everyone i know in the market for a vehicle.
