J	Justin Carlson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a groupon to get my wheels aligned, tried to hustle and scam me into getting my rear swear bar links as well as my front left inner tie rod replaced. The cost of 95$ wheel alignment soon turned into an 800$ quote to fix some made up issues. I went home and checked, there's the tiniest bit of minute play in a U joint, not the lfront eft tie rod, and the back sway bar links were not needed to do a wheel alignment on the front. They thought they had me hooked into getting the worked done due to the groupon having a clause saying: they can assess and require you to do any additional repairs needed, if you deny those needed repairs the voucher will be counted as claimed and non refundable. This is borderline entrapment and luckily I was able to refund the groupon coupon, do not, I repeat DO NOT go here. I took my car to a different OK tire and they were able to successfully do a wheel alignment and told me there was no issues with any of the tie rods or sway bar links, go figure.

K	Khee Em on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Frank Parson is right. There was nothing broken in my car prior. I came in for an oil change and left with a broken stabilizer. The stabilizers were not broken before so after reading Frank Parson's comment, it make sense. Unless there are security footage of no one touching the stabilizers, I will not be coming back. They also didn't reset the oil change alarm on my car. So I went to another mechanic, reset that and fix the stabilizer arm for 90.
A	Adrian Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a balance, they quoted me for inner and outer tie rods and asked them if the inner and outer tie rods replacement would fix the steering wheel shake, they said wheels might also need to be balance so I went ahead and asked them to do my inner and outer tie rods, alignment and wheel balance. Inner and outer tie rods were replaced but my car’s steering wheel is out of alignment and I checked my wheels if they actually did balance them, they only balanced 1 wheel but charged me for 4 wheels. Would not recommend at all. Stay away from this “mechanic” shop. They’ll just mess up your car even more. ??

He was suspicious so he brought it elsewhere where he found out what they did! They refused to cover the damages they caused! They were the only shop to ever touch this part of his truck! Do not! I repeat, do not trust your vehicle with these crooks!! I have never been so disgusted with another shop in my life! Stay far far away!

R	Ryan Lacelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn’t be more impressed by the service I received from the guys at OK Tire Chinook.I was traveling through Calgary on Easter long weekend (good luck finding a reliable mechanic let alone parts during a long weekend) and my rear struts and shocks decided to give way half way through my trip. Richard and Mike diagnosed the problem on Saturday morning, gave me a very reasonable quote, ordered the necessary parts right away and had me on my way Monday morning. Very honest work and customer focused business. Thank you so much!
