Just recently made my first purchase from here. I primarily dealt with Mike Chow. He was a great salesperson to deal with and was very knowledgeable of the product. He made sure that I left the dealership happy and satisfied with the purchase. I have been to many other dealers in the past few months looking for my next car and the way they dealt with me, made buying the car a really good experience and with very little hiccups.

Mike helped me purchase a vehicle online and it was a smooth process. He understood what I needed and was able to set everything up quickly. After buying the car, he was also able to help me squeeze in a service appointment to install PPF as I had to leave soon. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Mike for your next car!

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Silverhill and we are very pleased both with the level of service and quality of the car itself. Took my car to the service department to have an issue with my brake system repaired. The service advisor recommended significant and completely unnecessary items be replaced, if I would have authorized the repairs my cost would have been about double what was required. Arguably, I still overpaid significantly. The experience when I picked up the car was the icing on the cake, with the advisors not even acknowledging me when I was standing in plain sight - I had better service with my last Kia and expect better from a premium brand. Will never be back to this dealership & would not recommend. The service advisor stated they had a mandatory diagnosis (fair enough), so I authorized that to be completed. They recommended extensive repairs (well beyond the common and known failures) - I told them the components I wanted to be replaced and that I did not approve their recommended service. The service advisor called back and advised me that the components I requested would actually be sufficient to complete the repair, and their recommended components were not required. When I checked my invoice the service advisor had entered an additional $2,800 in recommended repairs with the note customer denied, 'customer will have work performed later.' These items were never reviewed or discussed with me, I had the vehicle serviced and inspected 1 month prior to this incident, with no remaining recommended repairs. Some of the recommended repairs had already been performed on this car. I sent an email to the service department about my entire experience to allow them to comment prior to posting a review, they never got back to me. I will never trust this service department with my car again.

Update: The Service Manager reached out following this situation and together we were able to find a resolution. Thank you for fixing our car and getting us back on the road, Cecilia! -- I took my car to this dealership for an Acura recall, and they ended up damaging my car while changing the part, then called me a liar when I brought it up to them after a mechanic changing my tires noticed it. This dealership does not stand by the quality of their work and will expect you to inspect everything they do to ensure that they have fixed it properly, instead of being accountable and conducting themselves with integrity- because obviously car owners are expert mechanics and can see that something's been damaged when you have no tools or knowledge of cars. I will not be going here again and you shouldn't either, unless you want a recall done under warranty and then be asked to pay for the repairs from the damage they've caused in the process. I'll be going to a mechanic I trust not to wreck my car, thanks! Silverhill was also terrible at communicating with me throughout the process so I had to get Acura Canada involved; guess they're only good at calling you back when you're giving them money. Acura Canada was not helpful in this situation either: they offered me the part if I paid for labor, which was not nothing, but why would I or anyone trust the quality of service at this dealership after this experience?! That's what the problem is! Disappointed all around. No one stands by quality service or cars anymore. The quicker they break, the more money they make.

My first experience at Silverhill was excellent! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel at home. Thank you so much, Abdul, for the spectacular service you provided. He was great to work with, very responsive, and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions or concerns. I appreciate the honesty as well. Just picked my 2022 rdx aspec advanced today, and I’d say overall my experience with the dealership has been pleasant, with a couple of “ughhh” moments. - my salesperson was fantastic to work with. Andy was open with pricing and any questions I had with the car and purchase process. Texted him a couple of times and he has been super responsive. His office has these knitted dolls that his wife made, and he actually got his wife and made one for me when I took delivery today. See the picture attached below (the squid game frenzy lives on!!!) - the main finance manager I signed the paper with was with Mark. He was easy to work with, explained the process with patience, and was good with the phone. - I sent in the insurance papers 15 days before delivery, and they didn’t even acknowledge the receipt of those. I had to send a follow up email to ask if they got them. And prob didn’t check them until the very last minute, which brings me to my point below… - Jerry though, filled in for Mark and reached out to me on insurance related stuff, and I did not appreciate his tone of voice and didn’t want to listen to me and just kept telling me to “hold on hold on hold on”…like would you just listen? I can explain?! So this was the first “grrrr” moment. - I also reserved my plate with Jerry, who couldn’t successfully save it for me…sure I know it can be a challenge sometimes to reserve plates as there is timing issue and other moving parts, but still…my second “grrrrr” moment - Larry the finance head, he’s got this black humor, and very crude with the way he speaks, which I found funny. But he is pretty down to earth and the final paper signing was smooth. - Ryan, the delivery guy, was very thorough, very helpful, took the time and explained every cool features that I didn’t learn from YouTube videos, and answered all my questions on the new car. Car was detailed nicely inside and out Anyways, Sales 10/10, Finance 8/10, Communication with busoffice 4/10 (I feel like I had to be proactive on a lot of the communication, and thought the back office could’ve done so much more to take care of their customers.) Delivery 10/10.
