β β β β β Amazing Asian selection especially fresh fruits and vegetables and Korean products such as chilly pepper paste, noodle, side dish and cosmetics. The staff are always friendly and the shopping experience is always great.

β β β β β A good selection of Korean food and sauces. Had a great experience with a lady who worked there, she took the time to show me what I needed for Korean BBQ at home, and was really pleasant. The prices are a little high at times, but the quality is good. Highly recommended if you want authentic Korean goods.

β β β β β Went here out of curiosity and found a very pleasant experience. The store is much cleaner than your typical grocery, and carries a ton of Asian cooking staples like sauces and spices, that are at par or better priced than T&T supermarket or Superstore. You are also going to find items that are unique like brands or instsnt noodles that you can't get locally.
The meat in the butcher area is fresh and sliced, ready to go for bbq or stewing.
Staff if friendly, and the language barrier is minimal, so don't be afraid to ask questions.
Parking is ample and prices are reasonable.

β β β β β I called today to ask if they had stock of something. Called 4 times. First 3 times they just answered and hung up the phone on me. 4th call some guy answered and was very rude. I asked if they had stock he told me I need to call back next week and he is so busy with a customer. I said we'll I'm a customer as well what about me? He again was like well we so busy I can't help you. I asked is it because I'm not Korean? He mumbled something in Korean and hung up on me. I'm guessing was swear words or something . Terrible customer service. If your so busy hire more staff. Won't be back here ever again

β β β β β Nice Korean Mart with different sections; produce, fresh meat and seafood, frozen food, desserts, small bakery, kitchen items and cosmetics. I really like that they also have select Japanese and Filipino products! Though they donβt have the Korean ice cream sandwich that Iβm looking for.

β β β β β The cashier was extremely rude and aggressive. I felt like I did something really bad, only what I did was asking a simple question. I'm not a person who expects cashiers to be kind nor friendly but she treated me like an ignorant person. I was stupid that I couldn't say anything at that moment, because I was really really embarrassed. She ruined my rest of the day to thinking of it.
Feel bad there's only one Korean mart in South, but there are better alternatives in Calgary and actually worth it to go further. And one more thing to add, last time I heard she was gossiping customers to other customer. I recommend that behave yourself at A mart, especially in front of the cashier.
