t	tito gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This message is specially to District Manager and Store Manager who are responsible for Walmart 3010 in Macleod trail. Last Saturday I had a bad experience i just wanted to buy a bike and I had to wait 25, previous I talked with a team leader that I need help, he told me wait give 5 minutes, so he was working moving pallets and he didn’t help me, also passes a lady another supervisor I talked to her she told me to wait and I never got help . So they are leader they have to give example to the associate. I couldn’t buy the bike, I went to customer services to requests talk with the store manager, and the lady call another lady that she was a regular worker it was disrespect that other working people is this Walmart talked to me as store manage. This store is really a mess, no organization they are doing want they want with out store manager . More training for “Leader” and supervisor because at the end Customer are first. They have to stop working and help customers . I know with this complaint nothing will happen, maybe a sorry and nothing will happen . I come to this Walmart because is near to my house but really I prefer go to another location.
J	Justin Cockman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ridiculous. No cashiers open at 9am and a line of 5 people with full karts expected to go threw self checkout. 3 people had to complain before a cashier stocking shelves was put on till. Poor management high prices
B	Blue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my passport picture taken at the Walmart photo center which was a lot cheaper than the one that have at the front. The staff was knowledgable, professional, very lovely. It was an excellent experience I had which exceeded my expectations.

Aug. 23rd, all checkout lanes were closed for the night although the store itself was not closing until 11:00 p.m. I was directed to the self checkout area. I was tired and ready to abandon my relatively full cart. Why should I be forced to check out my own groceries? Eventually a kind, young staff member offered to process my purchases for me. What's next from Walmart? A requirement to come in periodically and help them stock the shelves?
G	Greg Low on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is small, often crowded. They certainly want you to scan your own items here. Smart people avoid Wal-Mart and price match their prices at one of the Canadian retailers that offer it. Bring your own bags when you come.

In a way that the racist customer was placed ahead of me and I was asked to "Leave their customer alone" for calling her out on being racist towards me. Worst customer service, refused to take my online order for about 15 minutes and serviced a customer behind me who was racially profiling me and calling me "Those Russians." and how she doesn't like me. Customer service called me a potential fraud until I produced an original purchase email and ID. Wow, Walmart service... Not shopping in this store again if I dont have too. I'm just shocked by this service. I don't even know where to complain about this to the store manager. They also didn't want to provide with any form to complain. So, I leave it here. By the way, I'm Not Russian.
A	Adetoyese Oyedun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is pretty big with alot of other stores including the vision centre, pharmacy, Mr. Lube, McDonald's, Photo store and others. The checkout was very smooth and the customer service was not too bad.
J	Java J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems much smaller than the Deerfoot location, but has what I need in a pinch if I don't feel like going the extra distance. Clean & organized but feels grungy. Old store & needs a fresher upper. Parking lot is big, but always a disaster... think that's just a Walmart thing. Staff have always been friendly & helpful. This morning, the last Saturday before Christmas, there is only 1 till open (10 am). Customers in the long line are not happy with management & very vocal about the company being too cheap to pay for staff. Very understanding & patient with the 1 lone cashier (which was nice to see). Jan. 7 - Ordered online (2nd time this location). Service great so far. Staff is friendly & helpful in loading even in these cold temperatures. Biggest issue is people parking in the spots that are supposed to be for online orders.
