★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience at this location. My boyfriend and I came in. Looking for a new rig. My boyfriend has been wanting a puffco which we had mention to the employee. He pressured us to get the carta laser edition. Telling us it works with your phone and he has one and it’s “soo good”. Well turns out the carta app doesn’t work with iPhone. And the machine doesn’t even turn on. Then we go to another location in airdrie and we see the PuffCo ! . The employee never even told us we could get it from another Canna for only 60$ more . Which was what we were looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small location but because of that they offer great customer service (they don’t sit behind the counter talking to you, they come out on the floor!) I was helped by Darren who was able to answer all of my silly questions and provided excellent service by just talking to me throughout the transaction. His energy was super infectious, and he got me excited about the cartridge he was selling me! I don’t live close to this location but honestly if I’ve gotta go out of my way just for great service and good product, this is definitely where I’ll do it. Highly recommend.
