Only to wait 10 days to be told to “go somewhere else I’ve got to much work to do” this from Rob the owner. I understand the fact we all have work to do, however don’t be committed to a job if your not going to follow through!! What a way to treat your customers. Reliability begins with responsibility and both are rooted in self discipline!! Cutter up is lacking in both
M	Matt Hartland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been taking my truck here for years, They do good work on motors. But I found the service side was lacking... The issue I had was that they are always rushing work and not taking the extra time to make sure the job was done right. There was a few times it happened, but the last one was the final straw.... I took my truck in for a grinding when engaged in 4x4. I was expecting a front diff rebuild... After dropping my truck off, I got a call back saying it was fixed and ended up just being a CV joint in my front driveshaft. I was thinking "Great", but then once I got back north to work, I had to put my truck in 4X4 and the problem was still there... What ended up happening, is they didn't even take my truck for a test drive after the repair, or they decided not to put it in 4X4. Which you think you would put a load on the front driveline. They rush work, there is no attention to detail, and if there is 2 ways to do a job they always take the fastest route, even tho its not the right route. I decided to take my truck to another shop, and it ended up being a T-Case Rebuild.
J	James Winters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to use this outfit to rebuild my original 5.9 out of my 2006 that I purchased brand new. This truck is very dear to me and I do not trust a whole lot of people with it or its parts. I had the engine removed and I delivered to Rob. Rob had offered my another long block but I refused and said I want my engine rebuilt. I returned to pick up my engine rebuilt and it was wrapped in plastic so i didn't check the serial number until I got it to the shop that was putting it back together. Once there I checked the serial number and found it to belong to someone else and when I confronted Rob about this his answer was that's the one you dropped off. I refused this engine not only was it not my engine but it was poorly rebuilt with worn rockers and shafts still in the head with one exhaust seized, the main oil gallery plug on the back of the block was not plugged and full of dirt. I had to pull the head off to look and found greasy fingerprints all over the pistons and rust on the head gasket due to being assembled still wet from cleaning I can only assume. Although I was refunded in full and a core was dropped off at another shop so i can get a long block ordered up I am out my numbers matching motor as he cannot find it, never mind more time for a rental missed work etc. Run from this place. I have pictures as well and will post them later. Have also contacted the local police too.
E	Ed Winters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob is a clown who can’t manage to keep one block straight from another. He is pretty clearly in over his head. I wouldn’t trust this guy with my lawnmower. He might give you a decent price to get the business but in this case low price equals poor quality service. Run from this shop as fast as you can. Your big Ram deserves much better.

I'm considering asking him if I could drive my truck there (I'm in Vancouver) to have him go through the engine and set it up after a bunch of performance upgrades were done over the winter ?
