I had a dent and small crack in a rim, that was losing air, which they had nicely repaired within 2 days. Excellent customer service from both the front counter and garage staff. Price was good, and included rebalancing the wheel, and reinstalling (replacing the donut spare).

I brought here to get fixed up then was THINKING I would take them to another power coat shop, in Calgary, which offered a lower cost for the powerdercoating service, BUT upon talking with the rep, he mentioned IF I get the wheel powder coated there, then the repair cost is much lower, therefore making it smarter for me to get all 4 wheels powdercoated (with one needing repair) done at this facility. I was glad to hear that bargain and to be even more excited when I received them back to see how beautiful the 4 wheels were when powdercoated in High Gloss Black. They will look mint on my Mini Cooper S Clubman! I am very satisfied with these for the cost and will bring my other wheel needs here for future rapirs/powdercoating, should they arise! I also considered the price to be more than reasonable.The work done was excellent and the staff were there to help unload & reload as these rim are quite heavy.
A	Andrew Dampier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely recommend this place for refinishing! The wheels came out better than I expected even though I made a colour change mid way through. They met my deadline, were polite and charged exactly as quoted. I’d have rated 5 stars except for some communication frustrations I encountered. I couldn’t fully understand the receptionist and it was unclear whether my wishes were being understood as well. It resulted in a lot of needless back and forth and some high blood pressure. I’d suggest more direct communication between the customer and the shop workers.

Chris called me today to tell me he’s cancelling my appointment next week until ‘the ongoing dispute’ is resolved. I told him numerous times that the tire shop has refused to pay for the damage, there is no dispute, and that I am going to pay it out my own pocket yet he still refused to book me in for the repair. It makes absolutely no sense.

The results came out great as close as brand new OEM quality. The job was all professionally done. The shop is run by Chris and he has been absolutely helpful, kind, and informative from the start to finish. Despite not being requested, I have been informed multiple times by Chris as to how the job was progressing until completion. Many thanks to Chris and the team!
B	Brendan Cross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience here, I had some second hand wheels with some nasty curb rash and peeling paint, and these guys were able to make all that disappear while providing an excellent looking powder coat. These wheels are very curvy and have a fair amount of nooks and crannies, so I'm sure it wasn't easy, and they were able to make them look great. I was initially going to do a satin white finish on my wheels, but they recommended I go with gloss white instead, and I gotta say that was an excellent recommendation. They even aligned the center caps with the valve stems for reinstallation. I do have a couple gripes. First off, the barrel of the wheel (where it interfaces with the tire) has a few blemishes in the powder coat. But it's going to be inside the tire so it doesn't really matter, it's just worth mentioning, and those blemishes aren't existent on any parts of the wheel that'll be visible with a tire installed. Second off, communication was a little hit and miss, especially over email. They did always pick up and give updates over the phone, but I never got an email response after dropping the wheels off, so that could definitely use some attention. If those two issues weren't there, easy 5 stars
