★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend them. Had some emergency work done and discovered the next day that the brake hose was left unclamped and was just hanging down there. There are 2 clamps for the hose, none of which were done. This is a safety issue, especially on a low car.
Very disappointing, even more disappointing considering how much I paid for the job. Do it right guys or don't do it at all. Makes you wonder what else was left out.
Chris has been communicative and overall nice to deal with (hence the 2 stars) but the workshop's job is a 0 star job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a used Audi from a local Honda dealership, so I needed a service centre that is familiar with Audis. A friend recommended Tunerworks. The whole team was fantastic. The communication prior to the appointment was thorough and clear- they answered my questions and explained the procedures. This initial appointment was for general service stuff: tire swap, oil change, check-up. If you are looking for a service place for your import or high-end automobile, I would take time to check out this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was nothing short of marquis. Sean and team completed two out-of-province inspections on my two very complicated vehicles in less than 8 working hours. Sean and team coordinated with my transporter, Black Shark Transport, to ensure that the cars were immediately tended to.
For any items that did not pass inspection, a quick action plan was drafted and agreeable payment was made. Much more business to follow this, guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low in stature but high in expectations, I've been regularly let down by various parts and service providers over the last couple decades. However, this team gets a no-hesitation 5-STAR’s from me. Having been a Tech (feels like a lifetime ago) and auto enthusiast most of my life, I am fairly particular when it comes to my vehicles, bordering on "high-maintenance" to deal with. Rob was quick to answer every email or take the time to speak with me when needed while determining my new wheels with the perfect offset, selecting suspension components that would compliment each other (with the right balance for my street and track needs) and addressing concerns about my cooling needs. Always honest answers, and always felt like he wasn’t interested in me throwing away $ on parts that wouldn’t benefit me. The knowledge their experience supports could suggest a premium is justified but I found the prices to be very competitive and their customer experience is second to none.
Needless to say, the results are fantastic and better than I originally hoped for. You don't stay in business for over 20 years without knowledge of your products/market, top-level service and passion for what you do. The team at Tunerworks (and their Service Department) seemingly bleed that criteria. I'll be back...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what they did to my summer tires, for someone who wants to change their tire there, not recommended!
Apparently, they weren't using the hunter touchless mounting machine they mentioned.
P.S. Those tires were coming brand new with the vehicle, have never been disassembled before.

After receiving Mark’s email.
I have also confirmed with the dealership, and they told me that those tires came with the vehicle from the manufacturer. And, Tunerworks is the first shop working on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tunerworks is a cool shop, lots of wheels to see, top brands. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted but we took the time to take something similar to check out near my car. The order was done quickly at a good price and in a couple of weeks my new wheels were balanced and installed. Super happy with the look, fitment and finish.
