★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my subaru in for an inspection as it's been ages since I've had it in to a mechanic. Got an online inspection report complete with photos and recommended repairs. Haven't had the repairs done yet, but appreciate the transparency of the process and guidance from the guys at the front desk.
Will wait to see what prices / quality is like when I take it in for the repairs, but got a good feeling about this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car isn't anything special like some of the cars I've seen them work on, but there's no place else I'd rather take it to. The work they do is absolutely top notch. There's a reason Vex is known in the car tuning community here and the quality and professionalism they show is second to none. Everyone at Vex is incredibly helpful - Ryan has always been extremely helpful over email, answering every question I have and walking me through everything that is involved with the job. Carmelle at the front desk has also been a pleasure to work with as she's extremely knowledgeable and will go to great lengths to make sure everything is going smoothly.
If you're looking for a place to take your modified car, Vex should be your first choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vex just recently completed a turbo upgrade on my GTR. I bought the turbo kit myself and brought it to Vex for install and tuning. During dyno, a misfire happened in cylinder #3. Vex went through one heck of a time trying to figure out what went wrong and finally found out a casting defect deep inside exhaust runner #3 causing 90% blockage. It could only be found by using a borescope. All is fixed now and the car made good power. Kudos to Vex Performance on this one! Job well done!

Work (winter tire install and AWD alignment) was completed timely and the car feels amazing. Also received some great advice on some future mods. Thanks very much. I'll be bringing my WRX back without a doubt!

I brought in my absolutely patched together vortech supercharger I installed myself and they went through a few days of diagnosing various screw ups for what is a very reasonable price all things considered.
Ryan even went to the extent of driving to pick up a new camshaft solenoid because someone stupid (me) built a bracket that interfered and broke off the sensor. Ryan is good stuff - although he can be brutally honest which is on the edge of hostile but honesty is what you want from these guys.
