From the first phone conversation we were pleased after he explained how he can help and do for us.
There were quite a bit of emails and paperwork going back and forth, and being the first time owning a property in a different province, we had a lot of questions that were answered right away. At some point we felt bad that we had to call him after hours or on the weekends, but he assured us that he’s there for us at any time. He is very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us from a tragic situation with a flood (burst pipe from above) in our older place. She helped us get an apartment overnight. When we had issues during the brutal cold and the home we rented had cold drafts coming in from everywhere, She and her husband came over at night and sealed the apartment as best they could. We really appreciate her hard work and dedication to her job. She went above and beyond in helping us get settled. I feel confident in working with her. She is a treasure.
