★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindy is a professional and engaging who understands her clients needs. My father in law has been wanting to sell his house for a long time. He went through numerous realtors but none of them were able to get any offers. Lindy understands the market and what the house can offer to home buyers. Calgary real estate market has been a strong buyer's market and Lindy nicely presented our house to the market and we were able to sell the house in 3 weeks! Every singles aspects of our transaction went smooth and flawlessly. I would definitely recommend Lindy for anyone who is looking for realtor in Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindy was a recommendation from a friend, who was impressed how Lindy sold her house in rough economic times. Lindy is friendly and conversational, but boy, she sure gets things done. I basically signed the listing and went on holidays. At my request, Lindy quickly got cleaners in, photographed at just the perfect time of day for lighting, and we had found the eventual buyers before I was back from holiday. I also appreciated Lindy's prompt replies to correspondence, and how quickly she got together all the condo financial and legal documents, a job I shunned as drudgery.
