★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stephanie is rude, insulting, and presumptive. My brief encounter with her was wholly negative. She does not know how to speak with people. I will never work with her and If she is selling a home in which I show interest, I would request she be taken off the sale. Good luck if she is your estate agent.
