Mona is an amazing Realtor! She helped my family build and design our dream home in Legacy and spent hours of her time to support us along the way and make sure that we had our goals heard. We recently sold our home in Somerset SW Calgary in December 2021. It was our rental property for many years. Mona was extremely helpful in doing property assessment and providing recommendations for the renovations to be completed to bring home up to the mark for sale. Mona had great resources and contacts which helped us in completing renovations as per schedule and with high quality. Mona is extremely professional and she always told her honest opinions about property assessment based on her knowledge about the community and surrounding communities. We did have some different opinions, however I realized that she will not lie to please you, rather she will give her honest and best opinion based on her 20+ years of experience. I liked this approach. Over the entire selling process, we developed friendly relations and she had made several trips to visit home and see the readiness. Mona and Anoop took initiative to supply & do adequate staging (wall paintings and decorative items) to make our empty home look attractive. Lily is quite professional in managing the entire showing process and timely communications with all. Mona’s husband Anoop was quite knowledgeable and helpful in doing a pre-assessment of our home and suggested minor fixes which made a huge difference. The whole team of Mona, Lily and Anoop were always there to help. I will recommend Mona and her team for buying/selling home and I am sure it will be a pleasant experience for everyone. One of my good friends had highly recommended Mona to be our realtor. When we first met her she had great energy, she was friendly, genuine and always kept things upfront. Being first time home buyers was really overwhelming, but Mona guided us thru the whole process, making the whole thing easier and making it an enjoyable experiences. She got to know us, listened to our wish list and added things in that we never thought of or that we needed. She was always honest and call things out as she saw them good or bad, but she was never pushy which we really appreciated. I have to say that when I did see the name Property Matchmaker I was a little bit of a skeptic. But she did promise us that she wouldn't let us just settle on any house and I trusted her word. The Property Matchmaker and her word kept true! The first time we stepped into our house it really felt like our home. Everything felt right. And we put in an offer. Now don't let her sweet personality fool you, this is where she asked me again to trust her and she pushed hard and got the offer we wanted. I have to add this, Mona has a great set of contacts and contractors that had the same genuine and caring personality that she had for her clients. Again nothing was ever forced but if we were ever looking for an inspector, lock smith, plumber ect... She has amazing referrals. Mona thank you so so much for finding us a home that we love so much. ????

Mona Kapoor was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond while getting my house ready for sale. She did a great job of staging the place to get it looking upto date. She negotiated well to get the best price for the house and it sold quickly. She also helped me find my new house. She had great insight about the places we looked at and was very responsive to our needs. She knew the market and the neighbourhoods and pros and cons of each house we looked at. She was very patient and never pushy. She found the perfect place at a fantastic price. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in Calgary.
