★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Amanda online while looking at options for my retirement home. I had a property specifically in mind and contacted her because she was one of the listing agents for one of the units.
She agreed to meet with me knowing I was not planning to buy right away.
We spent several hours one evening looking at units in the complex. I was impressed with how she noticed and pointed out things I would need to be aware of if I was actually planning to buy.
The end result was I chose not to do anything that evening but I knew it had been a great education and would help my planning. I compiled a list of features I was looking for and Amanda went to work.
She sent me properties to look at online and I sent her some I found to get her ideas. Through the whole journey Amanda built a solid foundation of trust by weighing the pros and cons of properties against my goals.
To make a long story short Amanda found my dream retirement property in a perfect location. It ticked virtually all the boxes, with some bonus features I had never thought of - I was so impressed!!
The whole process did happen more quickly than I expected but I know beyond a shadow of doubt that it was ‘meant to be’ because of how perfectly the pieces feel into place.
Amanda is exceptional. She worked hard for me and I never felt pressure to make decisions faster than I felt comfortable.
