BKMR works with the homeowners & landlords throughout the rental process: we make sure the home is ready to rent, manage the advertising, screen applicants, show the property, negotiate leases & renewals, complete move-in/move-out inspections, accounting and take care of the regular and emergency maintenance at the home. We work with qualified and reputable contractors, skilled in all areas of maintenance and repairs. Many of those tradespeople have been working with us since 1980.

However, I was quickly reassured upon meeting Adrian to few our potential rental. He walked me through all the things that would be taken care of, should we ever need it.
