However in this case Slav was brilliant and I really can’t say enough about him or Tower Chrysler. This is the second time I have bought car from Tower and the first time working with Slav. We managed to turn an unexpected issue with my previous vehicle into a positive result. I whole heartedly recommend Slav as someone you can work with and be comfortable during the process. He was able to make time for me the same day, which worked perfect with my busy schedule, to come in and show me some upgrade options. Before each test drive he was sure to give the exterior a quick wash. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles and found the perfect truck for me!

When I went into the financing department, Julie was able to get me a quick approval and sent me on my way in the new vehicle with a dealer plate. She spent the next day working on a better approval and an even better deal with the sales manager to keep everything in budget.
