I am happy to say that I purchased the car of my dreams and it was beyond easy. They drove the car to me so I could test drive from my home, the process of the paperwork etc., was seamless. I had the privilege of working with Mike Wharry who is just a truly genuine guy. His humour, openness, and honesty were refreshing and made my buying experience a great one. Plus he has cool socks, always go with the guy with the awesome socks! I also was equally privileged to work with Stephanie and Tarek in finance and have to say that they were both lovely, personable, and so easy to work with. I am grateful for the team at Calgary Honda, from the front desk to everyone I had contact with, I can tell that they have a great thing happening there. I was looking for a car for awhile and I didn't know which dealer or which car would best suit me. I stumbled across Calgary Honda online and made my way to the dealership, I had no expectations and only wanted to get information regarding a particular car. I met with John Assef and he explained everything to me thoroughly and initially I was very skeptical but John answered all my questions. We went for a test drive for 45 minutes and I felt like I was not being rushed or pressured to decide on the car then and there. John was amazing and honestly he made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel like I was being sold a car, I felt like I was chatting with a friend who has my best interest. I will come back to Calgary Honda in the future if I want another vehicle for my family. I'm so happy with my purchase! Thank you thank you Calgary Honda :) & Thank you John :)

A few days after purchasing there were some issues that came up and they were more than willing to take a look and repair for me free of cost. They even through in a free car wash! No complaints, I felt well taken care of by Rod, Alex and the other staff.

Our recent buying experience was very pleasant right from the personalized email video introduction from the General Manager to the sales rep who took all the time we needed to select the right vehicle for our needs, review in stock vehicles and go for a test drive. John did validate all our needs for the new vehicle, all the specifications and he found the best option for us, even he was on top of the small things like water, feeling comfortable.
