Advantage Ford has a great selection of vehicles at reasonable prices. The sales team is very professional and helpful. Clayton Rivet makes buying a Ford a fun and enjoyable experience. Thomas Lee will sort you out in the Finance department. These guys are a great team. They work hard together to make sure the customer gets what they want. Great job!

Had to bring our truck in for a recall. Was able to get an appointment quite quickly. The service guy (I wanna say Denis?)... Was wonderful. Very through, polite, and explained things well. He assured me the truck would be repaired and there would be no safety issues. He got me a shuttle home quickly. The shuttle driver was also wonderful, and a very appreciated service. The service fellow called with updates and had our vehicle ready for pick up by end of day. Great service.

I started getting my services done at Advantage recently, after moving close by. I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Dione Steinhouer during a simple oil change and tire swap. Her and the other staff members I encountered during my visit were just plain friendly and they keep you informed during your wait. Prices are fair (actually, lower than my previous service center) and all the work done is top notch! They even cleaned my car. Don't hesitate to become a new customer of Advantage Ford, you'll be satisfied! Easy 5 stars here.

Have owned several makes and models of vehicles through my life and generally haven’t been impressed BUT Ford is bucking the trend. So far my experience with Advantage Ford has been great. Service dept at Advantage has been very open, honest and helpful with booking in several warranty issues and recalls/field service issues. Love my F-150 and Advantage Ford is winning my loyalty. 4 years in. Extended warranty purchased to cover 6 years and so far all has been honored as promised when I purchased it.

I purchased a new 2021 Ford F150 from Advantage in December and had a terrific sales experience. I have purchased or leased probably half a dozen new vehicles in my adult life, from dealerships in and around Calgary including Acura, BMW, GM, and Ford (High River). This was my first time at Advantage and I would say without hesitation that no salesperson I've dealt with prior can hold a candle to Dan Mathison. After chatting primarily over text on a Friday morning (note: as a millennial who works from home, I liked being able to do it this way over phone call or all in-person) about what I was after, Dan picked out a truck for me that seemed to check all the boxes for me. I had mentioned that I wanted to pick up the truck by the following Friday, as I was planning a road trip and was planning to use it for that. I soon went into the dealership to see & test drive the truck, fully expecting all the usual tactics: pressure to make a deal, pushing hard on extras (upgrades, extended warranty, etc.) and was pleasantly surprised to experience none of it. (To be clear- I'm fine with upselling, but once I've said no thanks, that's where it should end). I ended up picking up the truck on Monday ahead of schedule and have been very happy with the purchase. I would say the thing that sets Dan apart in my mind is that he genuinely listens (& remembers) to the things you say. I know it because when I was chatting with him just a few weeks ago, he remembered more than one random thing about me which I had casually mentioned in conversation during the sale - almost 5 months ago! This is the first time I've stayed in touch with a salesperson beyond the first few weeks of vehicle ownership, and that's because I believe that if there is any issue with the truck, even though it might not be Dan's job to deal with it, he will still happily help me to get it sorted out. Case in point: I noticed a hard to spot defect on the back tailgate of the truck, so I texted Dan. He immediately took ownership of the issue (even though he didn't need to- he easily could've told me to just call Service). He had me come in to get it photographed etc. and it was in to be fixed under warranty a week later. They also provided a loaner which again, was just a nice courtesy that I really appreciated not having to even ask for. In 2022, I think that customer service (in general, not just at car dealerships) has deteriorated a lot and can be so frustrating. Calling a 1-800 number and trying to reach a real human, anyone? Dan at Advantage is a shining example of fantastic customer service being alive and well, and I seriously can't recommend him enough! Happy Truck Owner

Advantage Ford was my first dealership purchase. In the past, I had always bought privately. My wife and I decided to go with a dealership purchase for selection, maintenance, and customer service. Our experience at Advantage Ford was excellent! A massive thanks to the knowledgeable Jordan Dyck! Your experience and calm demeanor made it so much easier to shop. Jordan asked about what we wanted, showed us what they had that met our needs, then made several suggestions based on what they had available that he believed met and exceeded our needs. He was right and we ended up with a vehicle Jordan suggested and we couldn’t be happier. Now we have a solid 2018 Ford Escape with features that will be very handy. Also, a big hand to Kristen Mathews for helping us sort out all the paper work, you made it as painless as possible. Your advance email so you could sort out registration beforehand was smart and helpful. Our first dealership experiences before Advantage were not the best, and it almost put us off dealerships all together. Inexperienced salespeople (I don’t care if you’re in training, don’t say Yes to everything!), long wait times, no suggestions relating to our needs. Mirror opposite at Advantage, thank you. Based on the reviews of others, I went to Advantage Ford. I bought a 2018 Ford F150 Lariat at a cost of $60,000.00. When I bought the vehicle, I was told that I wouldn't have to do an oil change every 6 months if my truck didn't need it, and it wouldn't effect my warranty. They even had me talk with a guy in the service department who assured me they wouldn't force people and that he changed his oil once a year. They lied. If I don't get an oil change every 6 months, by warranty is done. Then, I had a rattle sound in my brand new truck. I took it to AV, they tried an update, and in the end I was told that Ford Canada called it, "a natural characteristic of the vehicle", and it's perfectly normal. Now I do understand that the ultimate decision to ignore the rattle from my brand new truck is not the fault of Advantage Ford, but they still did nothing further beyond what Ford Canada told them to do. I still have the rattle to this day. The ultimate goodbye over $40.00. I brought my truck in for an oil change in December of 2021. When I went to pay, I was informed that a brake inspection was done, the tires were rotated, etc. "The Works" package. I informed them that I never asked for this package, I was there for an oil change only, the tires that were on the truck were winter tires that were brand new and just put on. It made no sense that I'd need my tires rotated. All seemed good, they said they'd take off the charges and only charge me for the oil change. I waited about 10 minutes, went up, paid and left. Today I decided to check a past bill for an oil change just to make sure I wasn't charged anything extra. The charge in June of 2021 for an oil change was, $91.82. The charge for my oil change in December of 2021 was, $129.94. I'm now done with Advantage Ford. I will not be going there again. If others have had an all round positive experience with them, good for you, but for me, charging me when I was told that I wouldn't be charged was the last straw for me. I do not recommend them at all.

I purchased 2019 Raptor from Advantage Ford and I feel very satisfied. The salesperson, Dan, was excellent. He explained the process and he was stay with me every step of the way. When I offered to purchase my car remotely, he kindly helped me to deliver it to the place I had specified. I don’t know if you can ever say that buying a new car is ever pleasant but Dan did an excellent job and I appreciated his diligence and expertise.
