★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only been using this Auto Servicer for a couple of years but I can certainly say I will continue to use them and would certainly recommend them to family and friends. The work that I have had done was explained to me before being done and left up to me if I wanted it done. I have never felt pressure into getting jobs done. Everyone in the station are so friendly and so willing to help and answer any questions that I've had. My car has always been finished in the time that was told to me. I am certainly happy with my decision to go to Canyon Meadows Auto Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, very professional and great value! I chose Canyon Meadows Auto after reading the Google reviews and to be honest I was a little bit nervous because of that. The team from Canyon Meadows Auto were very professional from booking the appointment to the repair and after, always communicating with me about the next step and being very fair and honest with what my Mercedes R350 needed. The pricing was also way less than what I would have to pay to the dealership, with the same or even more quality in their service. The car runs great now thanks to these guys and I would recommend this shop 100%! Great job Canyon Meadows Auto and thank you for your professional way of treating your customers!

I like the on line report sent out explaining whag needed to be done and why, including pictures. Got the vehicle back in one day which surprised me. Had no way of getting to the shop so they picked me up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very trustworthy auto shop! I brought my car in here for the first time after reading thegreat reviews. It was making a scraping noise and the brakes were squealing. They properly diagnosed the noise and fixed my brake issues. The online detailed report that they sent me was very convenient and useful. The costumer service was great from the front desk staff to the technician. I got a full report of my car's condition over the phone and they answered all of my questions. The person who called me was concerned as one of the issues was urgent and could not be fixed in his shop as it needed to go through a speciality shop. He took the time to give me a detailed information on next steps and made helpful recommendations. The whole experience was very positive!

A couple days later they followed up to see how the car was doing and if there were any issues. That is the first time this has happened in my experience. Awesome service. Definitely going back. I recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have started using Canyon Meadow's services for my Chrysler since the last one year. They are an honest auto services shop that you can depend on. They will tell you what the potential problem is or what services are needed. I don't need to go for all that is suggested and get done only what is a priority and they totally respect that. No sales pitches, no pressure.
I don't know if others see this I have seen a world of difference between the oil changes made by others and Canyon Meadows. I am shocked to see that even dealer-given oil changes are not as smooth as what Canyon Meadows does with oil changes.
I would have to plan better in view of inflation and rising prices, and financially decide what is most important for my car. But again, you get what you paid for. I am getting great services. Will stick to Canyon Meadows for a long time to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is the best. I’ve been taking my escape there for years. I know lot of people who feel nervous to take their vehicle to a shop because they will be or have been taken advantage of …especially woman & seniors , either because the senior is vulnerable or there’s an assumption all women don’t understand mechanical issues. Whether this place is dealing with a customer who knows the ins and outs about vehicles, or they don’t know much….from what I’ve experienced they’ve always been completely honest and great . I completely trust this shop. All of the front staff is wonderful! I’ve mostly dealt with Don and he’s always helpful, kind and patient. The mechanics so far have been amazing. I will continue to take my vehicle here. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 2016 Subaru Forester had only been serviced at the dealership since we bought it new but we were looking for a service centre that treated their customers a little bit better. Our Subaru was acting up so, after some online research, we took it to Canyon Meadows Auto Service. The high score they have on Google really is accurate.
Don and Evan run an excellent shop. The top five reasons we'll be taking both of our cars there for all future repairs and servicing are:
#5: They are less expensive than the dealership (not hard to beat given that dealerships charge top dollar);
#4: From my understanding, they can service and repair any and all makes of cars on the road; they have the current diagnostic tools;
#3: They only sell you what you need to keep your car in good operating condition;
#2: Their workmanship is of a high quality and they use very good parts;
but most of all....
#1: Their communications with the customer are "excellent!" They take the time to explain what they found, what your options are and what they would recommend be done. No pressure, just the facts presented by someone who knows what they're talking about (a real mechanic).
This is really all I've been looking for. Nothing but an honest evaluation, a well-done repair and an appropriate charge.
I highly recommend Canyon Meadows Auto Service. They will treat you well. (Oh, BTW, our Subaru is now running better than it has for quite a while - more pep & acceleration).
