★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The escalators are almost constantly being repaired. There is no heating in the outside seating areas. The bridge across to the bus stops isn't covered and very cold and windy in the winter. In spring and summer it looks like it hardly gets cleaned in the station. Another sign of Calgary's great unwillingness to do public transportation seriously until all the oil and gas runs out - shameful. Particularly embarrassing considering the massive amount of money that goes through Calgary, and how good public transportation is in many other developed cities.
