★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with Advantage ford for last 5 years bought my 2016 f150 from them. I bought the maintenance plan but never had a need to use it except for regular oil change. Customer service was hot and cold all these years. Today my truck had some issues with the traction control in morning on my way to work I called there service department and I was helped by CASSIE CUSTER. She was really helpful and handled the situation really professionally got my truck in and helped me through the whole process made it very easy as this is my last warranty service. Not sure how much it's going to cost me if it's not covered in the warranty but I will give 5 stars to Cassie for great customer service. She was very polite n helpful thank you Cassie ??
