★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchasing a car was never this easy - I got the car of my choice and something in my budget . Employees here are very warm and friendly . I was delighted by their exceptional services. I also wanna take this opportunity to thank their finance manager Nizar . He was so clear with his explanation and kept utmost transparency whilst sharing the details of the warranty. He helped me with negotiating on the price and set the financial just perfect .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience buying a car from them. I have been told after completing the purchase that the car manuals were lost! Car manuals have the radio/navigation activation codes, so, if I replaced the battrey, i may not be able to use the radio nor the navigation. The interior of the car was dirty when it was delivered. After going back to them twice, leaving the car with them for 4 hours and pointing out with photos where they should clean, they were still not able to clean the car properly. After long fight with one of the mangers, they accepted to clean the car by someone else on their expense.

I will buy my next truck from Capitol just to have peace of mind that I will be taken care of by Brian and the service team at Capitol.

He genuinely treats his customers with respect and understands where they are coming from. He helps the customers to save money in long term which as customers sometimes we don't understand and that's where his expertise comes in where he takes all the time to explain in simple language. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't planning on buying a truck this year, but life happens and I found myself in a situation that required a new purchase. I was put in touch with Clair Hojnocki and the rest is history. Its a tight market and I had concerns on what my options. Clair and I had a phone conversation where we went over my needs and wants in a truck - discussed new vs. used. After looking at and driving a few different options, we quickly dialed in to what I wanted. From there Clair did the rest of it. He was never pushy or trying to force an alternate option on me. Throughout the process he would send me a quick status update keeping me informed. I am happy to say in less than 2 weeks he came through 100% for me hitting all of my key points - features, color, price point within my budget. Inventories are tight, but through all of this I never went elsewhere as Clair was honest and making calls seeing what he could get me.
Very happy with how it all turned out and have recommended Clair to others already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly get my oil changed here; however, today I waited 4 hours and 15 minutes on site to get this done. As always, I asked up front how long I should expect and they gave me a reasonable estimate; when I showed up at that time, I was informed that they didn't even have it in the shop yet and they were short technicians.
I understand this can happen but it would be nice if they had informed me up front so I could make an informed decision rather than wasting a good portion of my weekend in a dealership waiting room. They never offered a shuttle either.
I will no longer be getting my oil changes done here or visiting the dealership for purchasing my next vehicle (I will be looking for a new one this summer).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just an amazing customer service experience overall.
I called in a pinch looking for a battery and the rep on the phone I spoke to was so helpful.
When I got in to buy the battery I was afraid to turn my car off incase it wouldn't start again. The manager, the service staff and the mechanics were overly accommodating and kind. They could have had me buy the battery and sent me on my way to figure things out myself. I even had my kid fall asleep in my car and they were so accommodating and understanding.
I was so glad I made the call to Capital Chevrolet this morning! Thank you Diego, Dean & Tom and everyone else at Capital Chev, your exceptional customer service and kindness does not go unappreciated.
