★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your looking for a new car, this is the place to go! The staff are wonderful, and so friendly. There a man there who drives the shuttle (Rob) he is one of the nicest people. So very happy and incredibly easy to talk with. This is the first time my 79yr old mom has been around people who arnt me since Covid started, and she was totally comfortable being at Advantage. I want to thank everyone there for being so kind and understanding with us. We all have heard the horror stories of buying a car, the pushy sales people getting talked into something maybe you didn't want. Theres not one bit of that going on here, when im ready to buy a new vehicle this is where I will go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service . They ordered the part for me when I came by around noon.By the time I got car towed there they were ready to fix it. They had it done and ready a few hours later. They are very personalable and treat me as a valued customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with the sales person was excellent. It all went downhill with the finance department processes and deliverables. To make things worst, a week later the truck would not start due to a manufacturer's software issue that completely drained the battery. I have only own foreign vehicles in the past 20 years and thought I would give Ford a try. Not convinced my decision was right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure about this place fully. Both times I had stuff repaired had to return for rework. The backup camera wiring fix failed after a few months, they covered the redo... which is great.
and the tire balancing wasn't done right the first time, they again covered the redo.... but my vehicle still shakes, just at higher speeds (80-100) so unsure if I'll bother for a second rework or what is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for them to look at a noisy retractable shade cover for the panoramic roof on my Edge ST. They said it needed to replaced, a date was set, I dropped off, the wrong part was ordered according to my VIN. I needed to leave for vacation in which I was driving my Edge (5 week vacation not able to enjoy my panoramic roof because now it sounded like every moving part up there was being crushed and about to fall through). Came back from vacation, got it back in for replacement and it was done. No word of a lie, 3 days later, the noise was back. Talk about frustrated. I’m unsure what do at this point.
