This story begins when I call and book a appointment with, what I now know was a call center representative. A very nice and enthusiastic individual who was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had assumed that this was someone who was actually in the store as they quoted me $165 for the inspection. A fair(ish) price for an inspection, but something that I needed done for my own peace of mind. So I took time off my work to run down there and once I arrived I was quoted $230 (ish, I was so shocked that I am not able to recall the exact price but it was close to that). I had told him that I was quoted $165 and he asked who I spoke with, at the time, did not know who exactly I had spoke with. He pulled up the log and said that I spoke to a call center representative... I was wondering why that was a point of contention, shouldn't they be up on current prices and services considering they were a NAPA representative. He then said , "we changed the prices over a month ago". If that was so, then why was I speaking to someone who quoted me $165, make no mistake either this person works for the same company, this was not a unrelated phonecall. He then said that "he could do it for $165... BUT after GST it was going to be $195-$200". GST in this province is 5%, $165 after tax is $173 so there's $22-27 that seems to be missing there. What he should have said was, "I'll give you $30 off" which is at least honest. I cannot afford this kind of price hike, I had the $165 budgeted out and couldn't budge on this price. Beyond my time being wasted or a "innocent" mistake being made, how can I trust someone to bring me peace of mind when they can't honestly answer a clerical question. If this was the kind of service they provided in the front-office I could only imagine how the auto service might have been. I decided to leave as I could not afford it. Read the other reviews too, this is not an uncommon occurrence. I will not return to any NAPA store, especially not this one.

I had an issue with a loose bolt in the front suspension on my Dodge Caravan following repairs at a Napa Autopro location in Saskatchewan. I called the Napa warranty line and they sent me to this location. The service was excellent. They had my vehicle checked and repaired within a couple of hours and even provided a courtesy vehicle so I could get my grandson from school. I didn’t have to do anything except tell them where the original service was done and my name and address. They handled the warranty stuff. Very friendly and helpful. Made a difficult situation as painless as possible.

Great staff knowledgeable and I definitely trust them. They work quickly and keep you up to date on what’s going on as well as sending you pictures explaining the issues I have a European vehicle and it’s extremely difficult to find a shop that is able to diagnose and work on it. They had no issues whatsoever and will definitely be bringing my car back in the future.

To start, being able to book my appointment online is a treat. Not having to call, wait on hold, choose the right menu selection and then possibly be cut off, reduced the stress from getting a simple appointment booked. The team there is relaxed and professional and make use of the various technologies at their disposal, to keep you well informed of what they're doing to your vehicle, what they've found, and what the cost is for any further work that might be recommended. We've been getting our vehicles taken care of here for over a decade, and we'll keep doing so.

We have had a couple of vehicles serviced here. We paid what was estimated. The jobs were done on time. When we had an issue with one of the cars, they fixed it again, no questions asked! Great service, great pricing.

MRI AutoCare is amazing. I was able to get my vehicle in the day after calling for a repair and they completed the repair quickly and completely while maintaining contact with me throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend MRI AutoCare for anyone looking for a good, hard working, honest mechanic. Thanks guys!

We recently moved to newer community and I am very thankful to have found this shop. The repair and maintenance seems to be in good order. I like how every was laid out in detail, and was able to talk through the list of items. It was a nice surprise to see Jim behind the counter. He use to help me when I took the cars into a shop in Ramsey. I have zero hesitation in take my cars there in the future. Cheers

I had a very good first experience with MRI auto. First, it was very convenient to book online. Jim was very friendly and very communicative! I really appreciated the text message updates that included the reports. Their prices are very reasonable. I also really appreciated Jim calling Subaru to check if my transmission was still covered under warranty, saved me a step! I would definitely recommend MRI auto.
