★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this dry cleaners for almost 12 years and recently brought a dress to be cleaned (Wilfred Daphnee Dress) which is pleated along the bottom. When I picked it up, all the pleats were ironed out which completely ruined the look of the dress. The owner refused to try and fix it or reimburse me for an almost $200 garment.
I have attached photos of the dress as it looks now and how it should look. I got to wear this once. Such a shame and disappointing that a service provider wouldn't attempt to fix this.
