Twice now, over the course of two years, I have been invited for second-round job interviews for roles I have applied for within their Human Resources dept. in the Calgary office. The last interview was even with the EVP of Human Resources. On both occasions I was ghosted and never heard back from them again about the opportunity. Needless to say, I won't be applying with these folks again.
