I've now found a place that I can trust when I need something done to my car. I've dealt with Terry (hopefully I spelt that correctly) in person at the shop, who is an absolute delight, as well as Randy over the phones, who is a great listener and very kind. As a young female who doesn't know a lot about cars, I love that I can ask questions without feeling judged and they're more than happy to carefully explain to me what it is they're talking about. Willowridge provides quality and friendly service. When I've taken my car into dealerships or large companies, I've never quite felt like I've trusted what they're saying and always wondered why my bill was so expensive. With Willowridge, they're transparent, honest and not here to rip you off. They truly care about each customer and want to provide the best service that they can. Definitely happy I found Willowridge! I would recommend them to anyone. Also wanted to mention that after having taken my truck into Willowridge, about a week after, I received a personal text from Randy asking how the truck is doing and if I'm happy with their service. Nice little touch to truly show they care!

They were extremely helpful explaining to me the issues they found and the recommendations on what is important to get fixed ASAP and what could be left for a later date which I found reassuring and honest as I’m not auto mechanically inclined. Willowridge Auto is very fair priced and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic (Terry was the one I dealt with and he’s a gem). I will definitely be spreading the word about this great mechanic shop and I will be bringing all of my vehicles to this location for now on! ??

We love the fact they have been able to work on cars no matter what vintage. They have worked on Our cars from the 50's, 60's right up to our new vehicles and have always done a great job and they stand by their work. They have continued to go the extra mile to make sure you are on your way safely. Highly recommend.

Cut my fuel consumption from 13.5L/100k to 11.2L/100k. They gave me a quote and were able to keep it in the quote even though they did some extra work. Thanks Aiden and Randy. .

They did the job at much lower cost than my previous Auto service shop and also attended to Tire blow up issue instantly(with out appointment), realizing that i was in an emergency situation. Gerry, the auto technician, did a great job with the mechanic work that was done & was very quick with getting my truck back on the road. I couldn’t ask for better service from either of them. Terry was exceptionally helpful and really went above and beyond, even taking me into the shop to show me the parts that needed to be repaired. I also really appreciated that even though it's a very old car, he didn't try to pressure me into more repairs (something I've experienced at several mechanics). The turnaround time was also very short, without sacrificing work quality. I will absolutely be using Willowridge as my go-to mechanics in the future!
