Great people and service, the transaction was very smooth. Some minor post sale items but they called me about them and corrected them without my prompting, which I really appreciated. All in all a very enjoyable transaction and I got a really great vehicle at a competitive price. I would go there again should I require another vehicle.

I bought my brand new car here in 2019, Cassandra was so helpful much more so than the person who sold me the car. If I may add, I had this car on a test drive for a week from Edmonton dealer. I already knew I wanted this car but since I was in Calgary already I bought it there. Fast forward 2021 and my car got flooded overnight in an underground parkade. My 2019 has under 20k on it, completely destroyed. I went back to this dealership so that the transition would much smoother plus I needed confirmation on a few things due to insurance. I purchased a 2017 so I had downgraded. One of my selling point was also that my old winter tires would fit this 2017 and they had promised me it would. Oct. 2021 I make that appointment for my tire change for the first time and I bring it in and it doesn't fit. I had to buy brand new winter tires again. I called the dealership to give some feedback so I asked for the manager, she put me through some girl and says that she can get the manager who worked on this sale to give me a call back. That was in Dec. 1, 2021...I have yet to hear from them.... needless to say I will never come back to this dealership and I do not recommend. First purchase was the worse experience I've ever had. Second one was okay but not getting a call back from a buyer who's purchased two vehicles from you guys just shows me that it was all about the sale putting this dealership on my worse customer service list.

Jason in internet car sales is awesome. Upfront and honest which is rare in used car sales. Finance department was easy to deal with and very punctual made the process stress free. The gentlemen who did vehicle walk through was very knowledgeable even tho I purchased a BMW from an Infiniti dealership. He knew every feature of my BMW…very impressed.

Wow what a difference! Totally different experience than 5 years ago. Respectful, no pressure, intelligent people that provided the information I needed to make an informed decision to trade-in my 2015 Q50 for a new QX50. From Seth my sales person, to Ray the client experience manager who took the time to give me a thorough tour and understanding of how to use all the features of my new vehicle. Everyone I encountered made buying this vehicle a totally pleasant and respectful experience. You won back my business!!
