Without a doubt Stephen Kindred is the best salesman I have had the pleasure to work with. When you come in to buy a vehicle he starts by sitting down with you and talking openly with you. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb customer service and willingness to work with the client really sets this dealership in a class of its own. By far the best sales experience I've had for a vehicle. My sales rep, Ray Yang, despite my difficult demands worked very hard to ensure I was taken care of in order to obtain the deal I was comfortable with. Thanks to such hard work and true customer care excellence, I now have the car of my dreams that at some point I thought it was not within my possibilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We haven’t had the best experiences at this dealership in the past. But this time we worked with Liam and he was fantastic to work with during the purchase of our new BMW! We were thinking of leaving BMW and trying a different brand but Liam got us a great deal that we weren’t even expecting. He really won us back. He was responsive, helpful, and overall professional and we really enjoyed working with him to get our new dream car! He also walked us through every feature of the car and we appreciate the personalized experience he gave us. We look forward to working with him again in a few years for our next BMW!
Also, Rob (the finance manager) is incredibly personable and thorough. Really enjoyed working with him too!

Trade in of my old vehicle with Alfie was quick and smooth with more than reasonable offer, and new car was delivered before expected delivery day.
Huge appreciation to Lee for helping me from a to z!
When new car arrived, Lee spent time and effort to deliver EXACT requirements that I asked for in PDI.
There was no pressure / over selling of other products (PPF, package plans , etc) from Rob, yet every details of their services were explained properly.
I would absolutely recommend to buy your BMWs here!

He was originally referred to us by a friend of my husband’s and he has truly become a friend over the years - as we are on our 4th vehicle with Anthony! He goes above and beyond your typical sales experience (even satisfying my life long dream to get a car with a bow on it, but also finding us a special order tire right at Christmas when we drove over a nail - side note, run flats are the real deal ?). He truly keeps working for you and with you, long after the paperwork is signed. I tell anyone considering a BMW that I’ve got their guy. You get your first BMW because you love the brand, you get your 2nd, 3rd, 4th…because you love Anthony. Thank you Anthony, you are truly 5 million ⭐️!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience purchasing my BMW at this location. I had just left a different dealership, and decided to pop into the BMW dealership on my way home. I walked in without an appointment, and was greeted by a lovely customer service representative at the front desk right away! Without an appointment, she set me up with Steve Kindred and he welcomed me with a smile. Steve listened to exactly what I was looking for, he provided suggestions and he truly cared about getting me in a vehicle that is a perfect fit for me. Once I had picked up the vehicle and we continued on with the process, Steve actually made the experience fun and we had a lot of laughs.
The finance manager, Kim Mark is seriously kind and sweet as well. All around I feel like Calgary BMW has a great group of people working there that make you feel completely comfortable and at home.
I love my new vehicle and look forward to servicing it at this location, and will definitely purchase my next vehicle here as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great and beautiful BMW Dealer in Calgary. My first to be there for my X3 maintenance service. A special thank you goes to Stephanie Craig! Since it was the first time, she quick set up an account for me and checked all the services options one by one to make sure they would be tailored to the service coverage accordingly and no extra charge was needed. She greeted me when I dropped off my vehicle at Service Registration, and walked me out with the key when the service was completed. Never had this kind of service in the past 5 years! Thank you Stephanie! Will definitely come back and see you soon. Highly recommended!
