There ended up being a mechanical issue with the vehicle shortly after purchase, but Kevin Moffat and the team looked after everything which we really appreciate as a young family!

We took it to a locale shop in red deer and they fix the car. Then Kevin Moffat took care of the repair bill for us and it didnt costs us anything! We really appreciated that they took care of us after we bought the car.

Rafie answered all my questions quickly and vehicle was held for me until I could make the trip. Vehicle was clean and ready when we arrived for a test drive.No hidden fees and not pushy to sell you extras. Definitely a used car dealership that has my trust.

Insisted on having my mechanic look at it and we uncovered some inconsistent details pointing at an accident that had not been reported through insurance so it didn't show up on carfax. No acknowledgement from the sales manager, in fact he denied knowing about it after telling me he bought it at auction. Where all details must be revealed. I feel this transaction was not above board. I felt like they tried to dupe me. Please be cautious, get second opinions. I was very disappointed.

Salesperson was calm, easy to deal with and a had relaxed attitude. Their finance department was helpful and they managed to help with a trade in and was able to drive home several hours later. Their primary business is leasing so they don't have a big stock of used cars, and if they maintained their easy flow style of sales, had a little more product, they'd be lined up the door! ;-) The three salespersons there have been there a combine 40 years, so you can really enjoy your car purchase experience.

A	Allison Myler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra for my small business from Jim Pattison in June 2021 and after putting 9,000 kms on it, a 'loss of oil pressure - turn off vehicle immediately' warning suddenly came up. We towed the vehicle to Jack Carter GMC, where a tech decided the problem was that we had submerged the vehicle in water (in February) and that it required an engine replacement. GMC told our extra warranty program this story as well, so neither GMC nor our extra warranty would cover any costs to replace the engine. We went to Jim Pattison to tell them what happened and they went to bat for us against GMC, demanding the engine be ripped apart to find out the ACTUAL cause of the problem. In the end a cause could not be determined and Jim Pattison bought the vehicle back from us due to it being a very rare 'no fault' situation. There are a lot of companies that claim to have good customer service, but when that is put to the test, seem to disappoint more than come through. I can testify that Jim Pattison has a reputation for amazing customer service for good reason. They stood by us every step of the way which meant so much to us, especially considering the diagnosis of this problem by Jack Carter GMC was completely false and utterly ridiculous. Jim Pattison went above and beyond anything I ever would have expected and delivered truly amazing customer service and support. I very highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.
