Followed up after the service to make sure everything was running well. Just a great experience from start to finish.

Some miscommunications happened along the way.
May 30.
Terrible experience, waste of my time, the receptionist is kind, but I will never come back. They are not pro like their name. NAPA Autopro.
I called in to ask about the service (Transmission fluid flush with my own fluid). They said it would be okay, 100$. They would charge me an additional amount for the filter. I said ok.
In the following week, I called again to confirm about the service with a mechanic, also to book an appointment. They required my car for a full day. I agreed because I knew the job needed 1.5-2hrs of work. At this point, I got my own filter as well.
2 weeks after, I dropped off my car at 8:30am, left fluid and filter in the car. At 9:15am, when I was on my way home, they called me and said that because it was an internal filter, it would require 3.5hr of work and the cost would be 195$.
LOL. There is only one filter and it is internal, obviously. Also, if it is just about draining and re-filling, 100$ is hilarious with my own fluid (30m of work).
The information was so inconsistent and confusing. I strongly recommend you do not come and use their services as I lost my time and effort (1.5hrs) for nothing. Zero trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carlos and his team went above and beyond to repair my truck at the cheapest cost possible. They were transparent and informative of the repairs I needed. Straight to the point and understanding of my budget. Carlos also makes some really great salsa! Highly recommend heritage autopro!

If you want to pay triple the price to have something fixed definitely take your vehicle here. Unfortunately, this business still believes that women wear house dresses and slippers and have no clue about anything. My son brought my car in for me so they never met me in person. I played the typical naive woman over 40 on the phone, and I sure got big dollar option.... And it was the same repair I had the year before.
Yeah guys, the mechanics at work already knew what the problem was. You didn't pass this test Napa!
This gal wears hard hat and steel toes! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my vehicle in for an unscheduled repair first thing in the morning after noticing leaking fluid the night before.
The team was very accommodating and got me back on the road in a timely fashion.
They communicated the issue and associated costs to me before proceeding with the repair.
They also outlined other issues that could be addressed without being pushy about repairing them right away.
I will be definitely returning for future servicing.
It's great to have such a reputable shop in the neighbourhood. Highly recommend Heritage Napa AUTOPRO to those who need some work done on their vehicle.
