★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josh did a GREAT job of fixing the hinges on my laptop. They were really messed up after my laptop fell out of its case onto a concrete sidewalk. I really appreciated that he was able to screw everything together without compromising the screen or the keyboard. I can tell that the new hinges are a lot sturdier than the original ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josh managed to put my laptop back together after I dropped it. Not only that but replaced screws that where missing in the time he quoted and for much less than Geek Squad and a nicer attitude. I was so satisfied I brought in an older ipad for battery replacement which he had in stock. Close ,fast, inexpensive and a great attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The screen of my Surface Pro was bulging off the rest of the machine. I thought for sure it was toast and I would need a new one. I called Josh and he diagnosed my problem almost immediately, which was that my battery was expanding and causing the problems. While on the phone he ordered the replacement part and I brought my computer in and got it back, repaired, within 1 day. It works just like before and I'm very satisfied with the service I got. Pricing seemed very fair for parts and labour. Will definitely use Josh's service again if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a Canada Post pickup inside this location. I have an item waiting there, and called to see if someone else could grab it for me. As soon as I mentioned I had a package, the person who answered the phone said repeatedly (and rudely) “this is not Canada post. This is not Canada post. This is not Canada post.” I tried to mention that this was the address listed on my delivery notice, but they literally would not let me speak and kept aggressively stating “this is not Canada post” over and over again until I said “ok bye” and had to hang up. I understand they may get several calls about packages, and it may be frustrating, but that is an absolutely terrible and rude way to interact with people calling. Haven’t needed a computer repair, but after this experience I definitely won’t be taking my items there if I need repairs done. Absolutely horrible phone etiquette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My iPad pro screen broke few days ago. I called many places, but most of them gave me quotes too much even more than Apple genius bar with a week of turn around time. If I wanted the work done faster, they would charge me extra!!! I found this place through google search, and brought my ipad and got it fixed right next day! My ipad is now, looks new. I highly recommend Computer geeks repair. Thank you so much Josh for the wonderful service! I will recommend you to all my friends and family!
