★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to look for a sport jacket and possibly a dress shirt for my dad to wear on a cruise.. came out with WAY more than expected but he loves it all. The sales guy, Rishi, was not only helpful and super knowledgeable but was also super friendly and fun to work with. Prices are a bit high, but you're paying for quality. Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviously the go to if you're built like a linebacker or have to duck to walk through a garage door but also great for those of us that are just that bit outside of the sizing parameters of the mall shops. The staff was super helpful in getting me the right style and fit I needed, even hemmed some jeans for me on the fly. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure if the staff that were on yesterday were new or not, however, the young man who was working was arrogant and at times rude. I was with my mother who was purchasing items for two separate people for Christmas and it was an issue to have two separate bills and there was no way he was going to allow her to take home two separate boxes to wrap the items in. Was arrogant to another customer also. If that’s how staff are trained, to be condescending to clients, we certainly will not return. On the other hand though - the clothing purchased is great. Too bad it was not a good experience to shop there.

Tried to exchange a winter coat purchased online due to the snap popping off on first wear and the store manager grilled me, calling me a liar that it hadn’t been worn (it was spotless and no, it was never worn—the Beacon Hill store had called ahead to put the same size coat aside after inspecting it), and then he said he couldn’t verify how much I paid, when I came with a printed off receipt. He took the tags off the new coat and said, “Now, you won’t be able to take this one back.” No friggin wonder people prefer to shop online! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've just recently discovered Mr big and tall and my first time was an amazing experience the gentleman that help me the first time was amazing and helpful and immediately had me fall in love with some beautiful sports jackets.
Second time going in just for some jeans and shirts, a nice young lady that was super helpful and very nice. She was running around trying to help me find the right sizes and being a very friendly person. Point is Store 5/5 cleanliness 5/5 employees 10/5 amazing store and will be recommending it to my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the associates here to be very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me. They make good recommendations without being pushy and understand when you are or are not interested in something. The staff here are outstanding. Only reason not for 5 stars is it can be difficult to get a phone call answered and I've noticed the selection of suits has been getting poorer and poorer.
