★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Went to this location yesterday at approximately 6 pm with my husband and daughter, when we walked in the door there were two young woman sitting behind the counter (one had her feet up on it), neither of them got up but one looked at my daughter and I and told us they don’t allow large bags (our purses and I have attached a picture of mine next to a box of Ritz crackers for reference) and we had to leave our purses behind the counter with them, I said I wasn’t ok with that and that we’d leave instead at which point the one looked at us and sarcastically said “byeeee” then both proceeded to cackle so loudly we could hear them at our truck. We went to Little Shop of Pleasure, got to wear our purses, amazing service and friendly staff. NEVER GOING GOING TO ADULT SOURCE AGAIN!

Last time I was at 32nd and had two wonderful ladies, and this time I came to the Macleod location tonight and they were both at this one, such a wonderful surprise! I asked for names this time, Robin and Jen! They make me feel so comfortable and they seem to work amazing together! Their energy just brings so much cheerfulness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Was discriminated against and refused service even after presenting my exemption card - literally no different than denying a visibility minority. It is segregation and discrimination! Of people with medical conditions that require exemptions. The irony is the mask mandate is gone in 2 weeks but they will never ever see another dollar from me or anyone I know ever again. Usually I would say support local. Guess I’m shopping online from now on. Boycott this business! They support segregation and discrimination of visible minorities and they do not support freedom!

She was the most wonderful, friendly and cooperative store clerk we’ve ever met! Thank you so much for being so kind and understanding!!! 10/10 review!!
