★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don't want to leave a low review as the owner was super nice and helpful? But I do feel mislead after spending a fortune ($450) there on her recommendations on something that I later discovered has horrible online reviews. It was very expensive and completely useless. I used their webpage form to contact them and had no reply. I understand you can't bring stuff back "obviously" but we never buy this stuff and the one item is very disappointing for the price. I couldn't even view the item with the owner because of the packaging (safety) but had I known what it was or how it worked I would have passed. It was a waste if $150.
