Clean store and customer service is pretty descent as well! Good selection of items. This location is fantastic. I never have had any issues with returns and they are very clear when you ask about their policies. Very helpful ladies here too!

I love this winners, it's my neighborhood home base winners lol! So I feel like I love it more because of that but honestly, they always have selection and if they don't have a size, they call around for me and I've never had an unfriendly staff member....and I'm there ALOT!!

I love perusing Winners. The turnover and selections of merchandise makes for fun, interesting shopping and you never know what great item you'll find. Come Xmas or birthdays the kids section is my go to for the grandkids. I like looking through the snacks while in line at the checkout..scoop up the dehydrated bags of fruit when available.

i spent a decade purchasing at this location, I have spent thousands over the years! Buying furnitures, clothes, home items, etc! It is where i buy 80% of my stuff. Today, I returned items in which a spanish lady and a white lady gladly helped me, they did not allow me to return 3 items which is understandable and correct, however, a Filipina lady at the next counter (eavesdropping!) was offended that I was allowed to return the other 3 items without a receipt, she started lecturing me on why I should keep my receipt and honestly I did not mind that, cause I was not aware that the “system may drop you if you keep on returning items without a receipt” I appreciated that! wether it is true or not! what I did not appreciate was her giving me a degrading face and condescending reaction! She even gasped and felt 3 ITEMS were excessive! A lot of people heard and saw how you embarrassed me lady! Who do you think you are treating your patrons that way?? It was unprofessional and disrespectful! She could’ve explained her concerns in a civil way and I would have understood it! I just kept my calm and pretended everything was okay! but I felt disgusted realizing what just happened! I cannot be supporting a store where I will be shamed for only 50$! I’ll happily give the 50$ return to her than her putting me down! FYI! you can take all my bank records and check all my purchases at winners, homesense and marshalls to see how much money I am spending at your company! Literally half of my salary goes to shopping at your stores! I intentionally like purchasing at these stores because of great return policies, because everything is in one place and because I HATE keeping receipts! so why make policies if you despise providing them? After this experience, I will strongly detract myself from buying at your stores. Other stores like The bay, chatters, abercrombie, costco and online stores have been competitive with their prices lately so I will sure to be switching stores now! I may still purchase some at your store (because of the 2 ladies who were super nice to me) but it will never be the same, cause I will be too weary to even enter the store as I might be subjected to another discrimination. With how I was treated earlier, I’d rather take me, my family and friends elsewhere! Totally disappointed! Still, I wanna thank the ladies who helped me! the spanish older lady, she was super sweet and the white lady who never showed judgment towards me and catered my concern. Thank you! To end! Homedepot and bestbuy are providing email receipts along with your purchase! so if receipts are so much of a big deal for you, then why not step up your game! Improve your system! Give us email receipts!
