Prices are great and the stock/selection is unreal. I try to buy anything I can here instead of ordering online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome shop. Great staff. My big goofy self went in there to buy a cruiser, I fell off it and dusted my ankle and they didn't even laugh. Walked right out of there proud and limping with a new board. Good dudes. Almost threw up but happy with my purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A+ Customer service, I forgot to grab the staff's names like I normally like to do to for reviews, but my experience in the store today was awesome! My younger cousin is into the skater/snowboarder style and I am blind to that kind of look, and so I was somewhat flying blind, but the staff working today made sure he got exactly what he wanted and went the extra mile to make us feel so welcome! Thanks so much guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a helmet listed as in-stock at this location two business days before I went in. Upon entering this location, there were three staff members socializing at the front desk. I also was not greeted upon entrance. No big deal, but I wanted to highlight how quiet the store was at the time and what looked like not-busy individuals. I then asked an individual at the front desk if I could pick up a helmet I ordered. He asked if I got an email, I said no, but it was labelled as in stock so I thought it would be reasonable to pick it up at this time. He then said something along the lines of "If you have not gotten an email then it has not been picked from the warehouse. You can't grab it today because it does not work like that." The warehouse is to my understanding at the back of the store. I then left and questioned if I am expecting too much from a retail store.
Maybe I'm being too critical, but when a store is quiet, it's reasonable to assume a customer will be accommodated decently. I personally felt like the staff member could have done more to help my situation seeing as it was so quiet. Every other interaction with the Source has been great, but the staff during my interaction were pretty cold. It's unfortunate because I thought the winter sports community was pretty friendly and accommodating. My in-store experiences however have not been indicative of my assumptions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time coming into the store looking for a new snowboard. As a newer boarder not knowing anything about the products, one of the gentleman there gave me full professional service. Set me up with a board in the price range I was looking for and something I can progress in. Super knowledgeable and even brought a board in for me from Edmonton. Will be coming here for all future equipment needs.
