★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Style Encore South!! Store is beyond organized, even noticed today it was color coordinated which is awesome!! The ladies are sweet, helpful and have fantastic eyes for fashion (Especially Lexy) Everyone thinks their clothes are amazing especially if they are brand names but as a seasoned consignee I know that just because it's brand name doesn't mean it's not 15 years old, totally out of style, has a spot or teeny hole missed when picking through your closet at home and I'm always pleasantly surprised at the items they take!! BEST CONSIGNMENT SHOP IN YYC and I won't go anywhere else with my items! Keep up the GREAT work ladies!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. The older lady with British accent is rude, has attitude and not friendly at all. I like the younger girls better that work there. They are always smiling at you and are always very friendly. A simple hello how are you goes a long way. I don’t think I’ll be back. Plus they have changed a lot. Prices and stuff they take. Bring your business somewhere else. There are other friendlier consignment stores out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here three times now, and am always happy with their selection and friendliness! They usually have a rewards or great sale event going on too!
I consigned a couple items today for the first time, and it was an easy and straightforward process. I see some negative reviews regarding their selection process, but they are clearly only going to buy items that are very gently used or new, and are currently on trend. I appreciate their selection process because it means the store will be filled with great on trend items for their shoppers! Highly recommend!

I brought in 2 big bags full of clothes that are barely worn or brand new with tags, but the girl working there barely looked at my clothes just told me my clothes are missing parts /stained or older. It was such a waste of time and gas to drive there! Save yourself a trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is clean and the staff is friendly. There's really no rhyme or reason to what they'll accept if you're looking to sell. I've brought in brand name items in new condition and they've been denied meanwhile there's shirts on the rack with snags in them. Perhaps they could do a better job of communicating what items they're looking for as this seems to be a common complaint based on the reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband has taken clothes for me a few times now and the women working have been friendly and have bought a number of items from me each time. I'm looking forward to selling more stuff and also shopping there myself soon. I think what they offer when they buy is fair and also worth it for me not having to do all the work of selling online but still being able to get paid for my items. It's a win/win, they get a deal and then pass the savings on to you as their prices are extremely reasonable which I think is the point :)

3 stars because I brought some stuff in to sell and there was another lady in the middle of purchasing items. I was happy to wait as there was only one girl working. The employee stopped the lady’s transaction and told her that she was going to help me first instead. It was a bit awkward since the other lady clearly was there first. The employee proceeded to help me, while answering the phones and basically ignored the poor lady trying to purchase things. I felt really bad that she was abruptly stopped in the middle of being helped, so much that I actually apologized on behalf on the employee. It was really rude, and seemed like her purchase was brushed off as completely unimportant. The lady ended up storming out without buying anything and the employee seemed to have no clue why.
Moral of the review, great place to shop but I agree with others that the customer service could definitely be improved.
